The CAT3 is a DC or AC powered, microprocessor
controlled transmitter. It outputs a pulse scaled per unit of
flow, and analog signal proportional to flow rate. The
CAT3 can be configured with High and Low alarms.

Mass Airflow sensors contain a thin-film, thermally isolated bridge structure containing heater and temperature sensing elements. The bridge structure provides a sensitive and fast response to the flow of air or other gas over the chip. State-of-the-art chip design and manufacturing techniques allow the microbridge to be remarkably sensitive, fast, small. Used wherever airflow needs to be measured.

The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10” H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004” to .040”.

A family of in-line composite body flow controls, needle valves, and check valves that are tough and corrision resistant. Four stage, tapered needle design provides infinite control. Tamper resistant locking ring prevents unwanted adjustments to the valves. These can be used in-line or be panel mounted. ARO's 360 degree Swivel Right Angle Flow Controls are ready for installation on all ARO Cylinders.

Pressure controls serve various functions, which may be divided into control and protection functions. Examples for control functions are compressor cycling, pump-down or defrost control. Protection functions include, pressure limiting and cut out against excessive pressures, against loss of charge or for freeze protection.
Our pressure controls are equipped with display scale and pointers to indicate the approximate settings. The display scales are printed in relative pressure units "bar" and "psi". For precise setting of the controls, external gauges must be used.

Fuji
Fuji PortaflowX and TimeDelta are multi-use flowmeters for liquid media. Particular advantage: The clamp-on mounting of the ultrasonic sensors, so that any cutting of the pipe is unnecessary and pressure loss can be avoided. The clamp-on measurement is available either as a portable, battery run version, or as a non-withdrawable type. The handling of the PortaflowX is very simple. The user interface of the big graphical display is compatible to the Windows system, so that even inexperienced users can handle it without problems. The PortaflowX speaks four languages fluently and can be delivered optionally with an integrated printer, that can be used either for printing parameters or as a line recorder.
The TimeDelta can convince as well by its easy handling, its enlarged options for diagnosis and analysis and its particular measurement stability, even under difficult conditions. Due to the highly efficient 32bit technology and modern DSP-technique, PortaflowX and TimeDelta can be run under operating conditions, that until now have been considered as impossible for the clamp-on ultrasonic measurement.

deltawave Ultrasonic flowmeter
Our new measuring system deltawave is not only a precise flowmeter for open channels, filles and partially filled pipes but also a temperatur meter and a flow profile analysis tool. Due to the unique patent pending signal analysis deltawave works under extreme conditions, maintenance-free, calibration-free and reliably. The measurement system monitors itself continously and the multi-channel property ensures redundant safety. With only one deltawave, you can realize up to four independent measurement sites, signi | | |
