The CF12 is an AC or DC powered thermal manufacturer of flow switch designed to monitor flow status of liquids and gas and can also be used to detect level. A chain of 8 LED's helps the user adjust the set point by giving a visual indication of the flow rate. In addition, there is a di-chromatic LED, which shows the professional switch point status of the unit. The sensing element and process connection of the CF12 are made with 316 S.S. and can be Teflon coated when necessary. The enclosure is glass filled nylon but is also available in aluminum for explosion proof applications.

Thermatel® has demonstrated reliable performance as a flow or level switch manufacturers. For use as a flow switch supplier, Thermatel can be used to detect either a high flow or a low flow condition for both gases and liquids. For a level switch, Thermatel can be used to detect difference in thermal conductivity of various media. This includes interface detection between media such as liquid/foam, oil/water and even liquid/solid.
Thermatel probes are available in 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy C, or Monel with all welded construction. The technology has no moving parts providing excellent reliability.
