Wetted ultrasonic flowmeters
The SITRANS F US wetted ultrasonic flowmeters are used to measure electrically conductive and non-conductive liquids that are acoustically permeable. They come in sensor sizes from DN 50 to 1200 (2" to 48") and as wetted retrofit flowmeters up to DN 4000 (160").
The program offers the possibility of comprehensive self-diagnostic capabilities for error indication and logging, the possibility to exchange of the transducers without interrupting operation, HART and PROFIBUS PA communication, custody transfer and ATEX approvals.

SITRANS FUS1020 offers reliable flow-measurement at a much lower cost than other clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters, with flow rate accuracy of 1% or better for most applications. Available in single or dual channel configurations, in IP65 (NEMA 4).

| The Preso COIN (segmented wedge) DP flow meter accurately measures flow in almost any application. The COIN is suitable for high viscosity fluids, corrosive and abrasive fluids, extreme temperatures such as cryogenic, slurries and other dirty fluids, as well as air, gas and steam. The COIN may also be calibrated for multi-phase applications. Typical accuracies are +/- 3% (uncalibrated) and +/- 0.5% (calibrated), with repeatability of 0.2% of reading and 10:1 turndown ratio. The Preso COIN meter is available in pipe sizes from 0.5" (12 mm) to 48" (1219 mm) and larger. |

The electronic oval gear meters for product delivery control and measurement are used in the private distribution of low, medium and high viscosity fluids such as fuel, lubrication oil and other special fluids compatible with the construction materials. The oval gear measuring principle adopted offers high precision and low pressure losses together with a compact lightweight design and easy installation.
An electronic card with microprocessor permits control of the display and calibration of the meter. A complete range of models is designed to satisfy all flow rate requirements.
Ease of use, compactness and the independent battery power supply make these products suitable for installation in both stationary systems on fluid transfer and distribution lines and in mobile applications as an accessory for delivery valves and guns and for all other industrial applications that require fluid delivery control.

FLUXUS® ADM 8027 is an ultrasonic flowmeter with IP66 enclosure for permanent installation in explosion-hazardous areas. It is ATEX certified for use in explosion hazard zones 1 and 2. All electronic components are in a flameproof enclosure. Terminals and terminal boxes are designed in protection type "increased safety".

Area Velocity meter - Baseefa approved as ATEX Group II, Category 1G
The 2150EX is an intrinsically safe Area Velocity Flow Meter that is specifically designed and Baseefa-approved for use in Zone 0 and Zone 1 potentially explosive atmospheres under ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.
The AV 2150EX smart Area Velocity probe is built on digital electronics, so the analog level is digitized in the sensor itself. The probe is also factory-calibrated for 3 meter span at different temperatures. This superior built-in calibration eliminates temperature drift in the level signal, providing long-term level stability that reduces recalibration frequency and completely eliminates span recalibration.
The 2150EX is powered by two lithium or rechargeable lead acid battery packs, or by the 2194EX network interface module. Highly efficient power management provides battery life up to 8 months with two-minute data storage interval. |
