HEATING PANEL
Ultraflat flexible resistances of type PTF for radiating panels.
The resistance is equipped of biadhesive and comes applied directly on a panel of painted metal.
The thickness of the resistance is of 280 µ. Supply voltage 230V (realizable in all the mains voltages), power 0,2 W/cm ˛. The realization of independent fields with differentiated powers is possible.
The found maximum temperature on the panel is of ca. 90°C. The control of the temperature comes carried out for means of a bimetallic thermostat.
Dimensions and type of logons electrical workers on detailed lists of the customer.

The MAXON TUBE-O THERM® burner-to-tube direct firing system provides uniform heat transfer, eliminates "hot spots", and produces faster bring-up times than all other tube burners. This industrial burner fires directly into smaller-bore, less expensive tubes and burns butane, , propane or natural gas with reduced levels of NOx and CO.
TUBE-O THERM® gas burners ensure improved performance for industrial washers, dip tanks, water-bath heaters, and solution tanks. |

Cata-Dyne™ Explosion-Proof Infrared Gas Catalytic Heaters are the industry standard for space or spot heating applications in hazardous environments. These include comfort heating for industrial buildings and installations, freeze protection for equipment and components, and drying or curing processes.
These heaters are available in 3 different configurations - standard unit, side mount controls and the Slim Line space saving unit - and over 20 different cabinet sizes. The explosion-proof catalytic technology used in these heaters is the most efficient in the industrial heating market, and their versatility and reliability have made them the heater of choice for many customers throughout the world. |

Infra-red radiation partly reflects with a fall on material and partly absorbs. Tre absorbed radiation is changed in heat that penetrates through body. It is a similarity to the sun radiation when with low temperatures comes to a feeling of a heat amenity.
Exactly this piece of knowledge is used with the design of heating with infra radiators HELIOS. In contrast to the air-heating when the hottest air is collected at the ceiling, in our case the effect is exactly contradictory. A stable natural heat climate is created without noise, air draught and dust whirling in an ecologically friendly way. We lower the temperature in the hall about 3-5°C on purpose and the required heat amenity is reached by the radiant heat of the infra radiator.
It is a kind of a „completion“ on a required temperature. The lowering of the calculation air temperature of 1°C brings cca. 7% energy saving. In the present case 20 – 30%. |

Space-Ray offers tube heaters in natural or propane gas which range in capacity from 20,000 to 250,000 Btu/hr, giving us one of the most complete lines in the industry.
All Space-Ray tube heaters are designed for maximum radiant output and are CSA design certified. The products of combustion are pulled through the totally enclosed combustion chamber for increased radiant efficiency, more uniform tube temperature, and greater safety.
The 16 gauge aluminized steel emitter tube is calorized to produce a tube that is highly radiant absorptive on the interior and highly radiant emissive on the exterior, will not flake or peel, and is corrosion resistant. The unitized design allows lower installation costs, simpler re-arrangement within the facility, and less maintenance.
The heaters may be direct vented (individually or common vented) or indirect vented (unvented |
