Outstanding price-performance ratio
Air-water coolers are compact industrial cooling systems cha-racterised by a very special price-performance ratio. The cooling units are primarily used in applications where cooling to no more than 5 to 8 °C above the ambient temperature is required. The units are robust, uncom-plicated, technical refined and absolutely reliable in operation as all components are perfectly matched to one another, with all piping and wiring completely connected.
Eco-friendly yet cost-effective!
As freshwater is no longer needed, the costs for water supply and wastewater are dis-pensed with.
A consistently high cooling-water quality
is guaranteed by the closed cooling-water circuit, protecting the cooling channels against pollution and lime deposits.
Heat exchanger
The louver package is a parti-cularly robust design compri-sing copper pipes with alumi-nium louvers.
Pump and ventilator
Centrifugal immersion pump, housing and impeller made of brass, shaft made of Grade 1.4057 special steel. The ventilator wing is mounted on the free shaftend of the pump.
Tank
Tank made of welded and matt brushed VA sheet, Grade 1.4301.

Plate heat exchangers
type PWT
The plate heat exchangers type PWT form an addition to our product range in the field of oil-water heat exchangers. In some cases they represent a cost-effective and space-saving alternative to the standard smooth pipe heat exchangers.
Description
Soldered plate heat exchangers are assembled from stamped special steel plates and connected by means of a copper shim and a special soldering process. Stamping creates a highly turbulent flow in the chambers between the plates, which enables excellent transfer of the heat. The type PWT plates stand out by their following characteristics:

Connecting elbows and internal thread and keying surfaces. |

IntelliFlow IV is an integral water saver with flow monitoring and leak detection capabilities for use in Automotive Robotic Welding applications.
The IntelliFlow detects flow TO and FROM the robot cell. The unit also has a second monitoring process so that external redundant flow sensors
can be eliminated and a water temperature sensor. IntelliFlow has been a successful product which is easy to use while providing the benefits of a
product which can reliably detect ‘cap off’ and low flow conditions on automotive welding robots. A single IntelliFlow has been able to successfully monitor as many as 20 welding guns and has been well received by customers. These sensors have a redundant circuit that can monitor the actual water flow even when IntelliFlow is in bypass. During normal operation the supply and return flow rates should be the same and the FLOW OK message should be displayed. A micro processor constantly compares the supply and return flow rates and reports a fault if these flow rates are not equal (or within the user programmed tolerance). Additionally, the user can program a low flow rate value to create a fault when insufficient water flow is detected. A precision sensor monitors water temperature and displays it in real time. A fault signal will be sent if water temperature becomes over your desired threshold. IntelliFlow is DeviceNet capable as an option. |

Stainless steel tank with easy access for inspection. Tank is constructed of heavy gauge material to resist abuse and corrosion. Also has three 1.5 FPT return ports.
Bronze or stainless steel pump with mechanical seals and a stainless steel shaft to insure long term reliability.
Electric motor is totally enclosed, fan-cooled, NEMA design B ball-bearing type for safe and long lasting operation.
Modulating temperature control valve utilizes plant water to cool system water only when system water exceeds a pre-set temperature 95° F (water temperature warmer than ambient eliminates the possibility of condensate forming inside electrical enclosures).
Dial thermometer on tank shows water temperature for quick trouble shooting.
Self-contained disconnect/motor starter/push button control allows the WRS to interconnect easily with the induction system without special controls being added.
Screw-in filler cap keeps dirt and debris out of system water.
Suction shut-off valve for easy pump replacement.
