A Hermetically Sealed Type motor utilizes windings of standard construction and insulation thickness. The windings are encased and Hermetically Sealed within the external shell casing on the outside and an internal tube or liner inside the bore. The Hermetically Sealed enclosure eliminates the possibility of water leakage into the winding. The liquid medium circulates between the rotor and stator liner providing lubrication and cooling to the bearings.

Variable Speed Pumping Systems - Technologic 5500 Series (multiple pump, multiple zone pump controller, )The Technologic 5500 pump controller is designed to provide optimum performance, reliability and energy savings. Receiving sensor inputs, staging pumps, controlling AFD speed and monitoring the motor performance to meet system demands are the overall functions of the pump controller.
The Technologic 5500 Controller combines PID functions, setpoint modification, and system and component status into a single, central, user-friendly unit.
A data-logging feature provides historical information of key events with date and time stamps. Log information includes alarms, pump run timers and pump cycle counters. The signal log displays the minimum, maximum and current values of the process variable and flow. It is also capable of displaying kilowatt-hours.

Flo-Control Valves in NPT sizes ¾" to 2" are made in combination straight-angle patterns permitting installation in either horizontal or vertical pipe lines. Larger sizes may be furnished in either straight or angle patterns. Removeable top cap allows easy cleaning and service without removing pipe connections. Manual operating position for vertical lift disc to permit gravity circulation.

The isolation flange is a combination of a full port isolation ball valve and a companion flange for circulators. The isolation flange allows easy service or replacement of the circulator without the need to drain the system.
Free-floating flanges eliminate the need to align flanges making the pump installation a snap. Includes capscrews and nuts.
Can be used with most circulators, including NRF/NBF/SSF wet rotors, Series PL's, Series 100, HV, PR & LR and other manufacturers' pumps.
