The DFS-II is a system used for testing the force on the tip of the tool of a wire bonder and in some die attach bond heads as well. The DFS-II system scope professional displays a wave form that permits the user to establish whether there is excessive vibration, impact force or unwanted movement on the bond head as it touches down on the surface of the DFS-II Sensor. The wave form can then be printed on the on board professional printer for hard copy recording.
This is a perfect tool for calibration, troubleshooting, setup and verification of machine operation. Both force and time duration can be measured in actual units (force in grams and time in milliseconds) without the need of conversion charts or extra calculations. The DFS-II can be used with wedge bonders of any type (automatic, semiautomatic and manual) and of any manufacture. Maximum force measured by the sensor is 500g.

To carry out a precise, repetitive torque measurement,
it is often necessary to use a torsion test stand.
The TWIST, a 1 to 12 NM torsion test stand with combined Torque/Angle measurement provides this function.
The torsion meter enables torsion tests to be made on various samples such as springs, or metal or plastic parts.
It is made up of a horizontal, rigid test stand, with two rails to provide precision guidance.
Its calculating power enables it to record values coming from 2 different sensors simultaneously, monitor the set points and make a calculation for each channel.
On its display, it shows a Torque/Angle graph curve.
It provides the simplest, most versatile system for dealing with the most wide-ranging torsion tests in the workshop or in the laboratory. |

Imagine a rooftop with several mobile radio systems and a TV professional transmitter nearby. How can you tell what each system is contributing to the overall field exposure level? When it comes to different areas such as occupational safety, the general public and the home, the relevant field levels can vary. Which field sources are at stake? What is the corresponding fieldstrength?
The SRM-3000 answers these questions, directly on site. With its triaxial probe, the SRM-3000 measures the electromagnetic field selectively, by service and frequency, regardless of where the radiation is coming from. You can view the results as a field strength or as a percent of the legal limit. It provides an immediate summary of all sources with their field strengths, right on the spot.
Narda’s Selective Radiation Meter SRM-3000 is highly portable, battery-powered and immune to interference so you can take it with you wherever you go. It covers the frequency range of main interest from FM radio to 3rd generation mobile radio systems. The SRM evaluates the field strengths it measures in accordance with the applicable regulations, and delivers results as a field strength level or as a percent of the legal limit. No PC is required for this operation. |

The Narda Broadband Field Meter NBM-550 has been designed to measure electromagnetic field strengths in the vicinity of industrial transmitters and industrial centers, and to evaluate and record the results in the context of human safety standards. Particular attention has been paid to ease of use. The instrument can be operated with one hand by anyone – left-handed or right-handed. The probes are isotropic, i.e. equally sensitive in all directions, so users do not need to worry about the direction the radiation is coming from.
The result data memory holds up to 5000 results along with date and time information. A GPS receiver (option) plugged into the basic unit and connected via USB gives the NBM the capability to store position data for each measurement. Instead of handwritten notes, voice comments can also be recorded. All the data can be uploaded to a PC and managed using the PC software supplied with the instrument. Measurement reports are therefore very easy to generate.
The basic unit and the probes are separately calibrated at the factory. The probe calibration data are stored in an EPROM in the probe itself. The NMB basic unit retrieves this automatically via the intelligent probe interface, and takes it into account in the results. |

The Electric Field Meter EM03 is a small, compact unit for measuring static electrical charges with digital display in Volts. The mode of function of the instrument is based on the influence principle.
When measuring static charges, the distance between the instrument and the object is selectable between 1 and 20 cm.
The integrated micro-computer automatically converts the measured field strength over the preselected measuring distance (distance between test object and measurement electrode) into Volt, allowing charges up to 200 kV to be measured. |
