Super high-speed sampling at 2000 times/second. Digital hold and peak hold functions. Ideal for measuring the dynamic phenomena of loads, pressure, torque, tension, etc.
The AD-4532B is equipped with a 2D (5-level) comparator function. This function makes it possible to determine the acceptability of the total result by performing a sequential comparison while shifting between the upper/lower limit in five levels using a time axis or an external input (trigger). The AD-4532B is ideal for use in measurements such as a press-in operation, which require changes in the comparison value as time elapses. The five comparators can also be used separately. The comparator judgment is indicated by a highly intuitive, tricolor (Orange/Green/Red) LED on the measurement data display.
The AD-4532B also features a chatter-prevention function. If bouncing of the comparator value occurs repeatedly near the upper/lower limit, a heavy burden will be placed on the relay circuit and other parts. To prevent this, the AD-4532B has a function to set the hysteresis width and time.
The AD-4532B comes equipped with an analog amplifier voltage output (±10V), a D/A analog voltage output (±10V), a comparator output and a Modbus-RTU input/output. In addition, we offer an optional BCD output, RS-232C input/output, D/A analog voltage/current output (±10V / 4-20mA) and Ethernet. The upper/lower limit setting, the zero compensation function and the hold function can be executed via Modbus-RTU.
Please see the AD-4532B catalog for further details. |

The DFS-II is a system used for testing the force on the tip of the tool of a wire bonder and in some die attach bond heads as well. The DFS-II system scope displays a wave form that permits the user to establish whether there is excessive vibration, impact force or unwanted movement on the bond head as it touches down on the surface of the DFS-II Sensor. The wave form can then be printed on the on board printer for hard copy recording.
This is a perfect tool for calibration, troubleshooting, setup and verification of machine operation. Both force and time duration can be measured in actual units (force in grams and time in milliseconds) without the need of conversion charts or extra calculations. The DFS-II can be used with wire bonders of any type (automatic, semiautomatic and manual) and of any manufacture. Maximum force measured by the sensor is 500g.

This newly designed, numerical control torquemefer is capable of carrying out right-hand and left-hand torsion tests including at break. It is a freestanding structure with precision ball-type guides.
It is supplied with a computer and touch screen with new 24-bit microcontroller. Our system uses severo/ cards to control the axes, sensor, and cells that are connected via CanBus to enable displacements to position or force at a feedback speed of 1000 Hz. Load cell reads are effected 1,000 times per second. Minimum indexing is 1/32,700 (this can be increased on request).

| The newly developed measuring system MONITEX® measures the twisting angle and the speed of the approved KTR elastomer couplings ROTEX® and ROTEX® GS. Without having contact a light barrier scans the coupling and calculates the compression respectively the possible wear of the spider. Thus overload and possible wear can be determined in time without the need for a time-consuming disassembly of the drive unit. |

Measuring System PHYSIMETER® 906 MC-B
The measuring system PHYSIMETER® 906 MC-B has been designed for the determination of the mechanical parameters force or torque on the basis of wire strain gauges. The instrument can be supplied with an integrated or an external sensor. For the power supply a block battery of 9 V is required (standard article) or alternatively a plug-in power pack (option). For easy handling the instrument is provided with the functions On/Off, reset and indication of peak value (upper and lower measuring value). In the standard version of the instrument the load introduction takes place at the bottom. Upon request, the load introduction can also be effected on the top of the instrument. The ergonomically designed housing, made of anodised, high-strength aluminium, is provided with threaded bores at the front side so that an unproblematic connection to the ERICHSEN testing machines is guaranteed - as it was also ensured when using the preceding models of the tensile and pressure testing instruments. The instrument is perfectly suitable for mobile as well as for stationary applications. |

Simple and yet complete, the CENTOR First uses efficient technology to simplify force measurements, in tension and compression.
A big display shows the force measured in tension or compression in the unit selected by the operator: newtons, kilograms or pounds. The bar graph completes the measurement.
The 3 keys make it very easy to use this force gauge and access the essential functions: measurement of the peak tension or compression value, resetting to
zero, and changing the measuring units. It is an ideal tool for basic tests during production. Its metal casing, protected by an elastomer overmould, gives it
exceptional strength.
The internal sensor stands up to an overload of 200% of its maximum capacity.
Simple, precise, robust, supplied with its own carrying case, mains adaptor and certificate, ready for use, it is the basic tool for force measurement. |
|
- Ergonomically-designed and advanced style.
- Rugged die-cast aluminum housing excellent for noise protection.
- Various output functions (For models with the functions only).
- Peak-hold function for all models.
- Various functions unique to the digital gauges.
- Various attachments and a carrying case. |
