The column formwork Caro- Falt consists of four identical panels with articulated links which are assembled like a windmill. The CaroFalt can be used with or without triangular strips to form either sharp or smooth edges.
Adjustment of column section
Thanks to the perforated rail it is easy and fast to adapt the column section from 20 cm to 60 cm in increments of 5 cm – square or rectangular.

Proping Megashore aluminum
Aluminum proping is a system entirely flexible and adaptable to all the configurations. This product is ideal to take again important loads going up to 100 kN for some 0,50 m heights to 15 m and more.
It is composed of 4 principal elements: stays, spillplates, jacks of stays and frameworks of wind-bracing.
The stays are light and couplables between them. Their adjustment is simple and fast. They can-being assembled via frameworks of 8 different sizes.
According to the application, this system perhaps compatible with the beams Titan T (see heading COFFRAGE>COFFRAGE HORIZONTAL>Les beams out of aluminum TITAN T).
It also supplements the two systems of horizontal formwork traditional HV (of the primary beams assembled with the secondary aluminum beams and of the primary beams assembled with the famous panels Combi HV) in the case of casting with great height or of very thick flagstones.

is a brace for wall heights of more than 6.00 m, provided with a formwork connector and a foot plate.
Triplex SB
is an additional static support for high single-sided formwork (> 6.00 m) when support frames STB 450 and height extensions 150 are used.

The aluminum beams TITAN T are used for the formwork of concrete slabs and for the proping of prédalles.

The girder is a central component for slab and wall formwork systems and choosing the right one is crucial in achieving the highest possible level of cost-effectiveness. The decisive factors are the durability and handling costs - not the original investment.
Through the high load-bearing capacity and rigidity of the GT 24 compared to other 20-cm high formwork girders, fewer girders, steel walers or props are required for both wall and slab formwork.
Due to the high proportion of synthetic resin in the high-grade timber web, the PERI VT girder is able to maintain its high level of dimensional stability and robustness. Steel caps, secured with side-to-side rivets, provide strong impact and edge protection and extend the service life of the girder.
The VT 20K has been specially developed for use with slab formwork, and is the low-price option for thinner slabs.

SKYDECK with drophead system
Striking can be carried out after only one day (depending on the slab thickness and strength of concrete). The panels are easier to detach from the concrete, materials handling is accelerated, and the qunatity of materials is reduced.
Less cleaning means shorter shuttering times
This is possible due to the plastic rack, powder coating and the special design. The SKYDECK main beams lie protected under the panels. The panel as well as the main beams have integrated self-draining edges. The edges of the panels are also undercut which keeps cleaning to a minimum.

The systematics of the central tie point require that all anchor positions must be filled. This avoids any errors during shuttering and, among other things, plugging of those tie points not actually being used no longer applies. Plugged tie holes are thus a thing of the past.

Through the use of specially-designed ties, a worker on the opposite side is not required as well as conventional tie sleeves no longer being necessary.
