Wood and steel Custom formwork
With its Universal Formwork System Modular/GE and Trapezoidal Girder System, with adjustable radii, PASCHAL has pushed the feasibility limits for system formwork out even further. But even so, there are still certain shapes and surfaces which cannot be produced with any system formwork. For example, whereas smaller fittings and inlays for system formworks or supplementary formwork can be used usually without any problems. To create or add special concrete surfaces on the job site, this is rarely the case and usually not the most economical solution where larger custom formwork is concerned.
Wood and steel Custom formwork
Larger custom formwork of wood or steel needs meticulous preparation. Usually it is planned with modern CAD systems and created with corresponding workload in carpentry businesses or metal fitters, and erected for test purposes as required.
PASCHAL designs and produces custom formwork in the factory and also assumes responsibality for transport. At the job site, the guaranteed precise fitting components are assembled and then ready for use.

Circular columns are above all required in structural and civil engineering projects.
In skeleton constructions, entrance halls etc. circular columns are a special architectural feature. A second area of application are underground car parks, water basins and bridge piers.
Almost always a perfect concrete finish is required, since finishing works are virtually never carried out on these columns

SVELT is the modular formwork system that allows for the realization of circular-base walls. The walls circumference can be regulated thanks adjustable rods. Once the radius has been set the modules will not deform, thus allowing for an additional level with the same curvature. In this way SVELT can also be used as a climbing formwork. Its versatility also allows for the realization of wall brackets with an “s” shape ovoid base as well as linear wall brackets. With its 6000 kg/m2 capacity, the new SVELT is a much more reliable tool to toughness and stability the two rods and the supporting steel omegas allow lifting and repositioning without neither a change in curvature or deformations. This allows it to be also used as a climbing formwork.
The counter-cast treated multilayer surface with phenolic film can have thicknesses that vary depending on the curvature that is to be applied to SVELT.
Once the casting is done, the system, being composed of modules with a maximum width of 240 cm, can be transported using any kind of truck.

MGC/MGS - Guided Climbing / Screens
MGC: Climbing Higher, Climbing Safer
MEVA´s Guided Climbing System MGC comprises vertical formwork and safety platforms as a single unit. It remains securely attached to the building structure during building and lifting. Thus, wind velocities do not affect the building process. Assembly is at ground level for improved safety and speed.
The MGC system is designed to meet the highest standards in effi ciency and safety:
for high-rise construction
complementing the proven climbing scaffold MEVA KLK
The Guided Screens System MGS
is the MGC´s twin system for slabs. Highest safety is guaranteed by full side protection, enhanced by several technical advantages:
spacing of brackets is variable
level heights 3,00 m to 4,25 m
secondary platforms attachable to any bracket
integrated access system
MGS is also assembled at ground level: All parts are lifted into the guard rails from below

The column formwork Caro- Falt consists of four identical panels with articulated links which are assembled like a windmill. The CaroFalt can be used with or without triangular strips to form either sharp or smooth edges.
Adjustment of column section
Thanks to the perforated rail it is easy and fast to adapt the column section from 20 cm to 60 cm in increments of 5 cm – square or rectangular.
