Rapid freezers for Plasma on contact KPFF 24B Model and KPFF 48B Model
KW in addition to the -40°C liquid bath freezer, proposes an alternative solution, satisfying however the technical advice and the normative in place, on the freezing time of the plasma bags.
The adapted principal of thermal exchange, in this case, does not use a cold bath at -40°C, but -75/- 80 °C surfaces, with which the bags are in direct contact.
The plasma bags, to be frozen, are immersed, vertically, in wells in which the walls are at least –75°C -80°C. The geometry of the wells is conical, to simplify extraction and formation of the solid bag, without any impediment for the increase in volume which happens when there is a passing in state from liquid to solid.
Internal case, made of 6 or 12 wells in inox AISI 304 steel (AISI 316 on request) with BA polished finishing, with rounded corners for easy cleaning; the external structure is in glazed inox AISI 304 steel sheet; the insulation is in polyurethane CFC and HCFC free, expanded in situ, with density of 40 Kg./mc. and with a minimum mean width of 140 mm., including the door; the door is mounted on the hinges with ABS cover, auto balanced. Triple gasket (absolute retention guarantee against air entry) in silicon rubber with welded joints, warmed up by the refrigerant and of unlimited duration.

Very-low-temperature freezers at −85°C (Premium Line)

Our freezers use CFC-free foamed in-place urethane, closed-cell for thermal protection and structural strength and CFC/HFC-free refrigerants that are non-flammable, and the insulation system is able to withstand extremely low temperatures. Accuracy and reliability are assured with the controls provided: Alarm System, High / Low Temperature Alarm (+5°C to +20°C adjustable); Remote Alarm Dry Contact; Continuous Self Diagnostics (sensors abnormality), Battery Check (battery replacement recommended); Microprocessor Controls; Automated CO2 Back-up System; Filter Check (filter replacement recommended); Compressor Time Delay Adjustment 2 – 15 minutes; Temperature Zero and Remote Alarm Delay Adjustments. Arcticflow Easyclean Freezer
Overview
The Arcticflow Easyclean Tunnel Freezer is specially designed for freezing of small products, shrimps, fish fillets, hamburgers, fragile products, and products placed on trays.
The freezer arrives fully factory assembled at site and requires minimim amount of time for installation. The freezer is supplied with electrical hoist motors to lift the fully welded stainless steel insulated top cover for easy cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, compared to other freezing systems, the freezer does not require a concrete foundation or any other foundation.
The freezer is based on the energy saving high speed horizontal airflow called Arcticflow, which together with the ultra low temperature ensure a quick and homogenous freezing within a minimum of time. Thus ensuring a good quality finished product with an equalized temperature of min. -18° C.
The machine is equipped with programs for energy savings purposes.
