For several years our company has been manufacturing exhauster units, both mobile truck units (Aspicar) and movable units (Aspitra), which are particularly suitable for use in the shipyards, for the exhaust of welding fumes as a rule. Euromate offers a variety of filter units - mobile, stationary and central filter units - for any air volume you need to cover. All units are developed to filter welding fumes and dust very effectively. The latest filter units are the self-cleaning central filters with an integration extraction fan (SCF-F 2 with two filter cartridges and SCF-F 4 with four filter cartridges); developed in accordance with the latest international electrical standards.

Independent power
These stand-alone industrial air cleaners with cleanable electrostatic filters can extract welding fumes from the local atmosphere even when extraction close to the source is not possible. The HFE 25 has a capacity of 2,500 m³/h and the HFE 50 up to 5,000 m³/h. Naturally, the HFE 25 and HFE 50 also take out other pollutants such as fine dust.
Also suitable to extract oil mists after installing the appropriate pre and final filters and oil drainer.

The CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA-V1 is a particularly innovating solution proposing a suction power of 8.5 kPa, an airflow of 3.2 m3/min and a very compact size compared to those performances.
Ideal for all types of laser marking and micro-cutting applications, the CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA perfectly deals with the problem of clogging fumes thanks to a unique and patented filtering process with zeolite. UFO-N is irreplaceable in dry dust capturing (without aggressive pollutants or
compounds creating explosion hazard) arising during the welding
and other processes in chemical industry, food production, pharma-
ceutical industry, plastic processing etc. Due to the automatically
cleaned cartridge fi lters with the tefl on membrane, the dust parti-
cles – even those which are smaller than 0.4 μm - are being separated
on the outer surface of the fi lter, where they should be periodically
removed by means of the compressed air impulses.
Following versions of UFO-N device are available:

STRUCTURE
Each UFO-N device consists of:
- radial fan,
- pre-fi lter capturing the large diameter dust
- cartridge fi lter of polyester paper covered with a tefl on membrane

UFO-N is adapted for installing the ERGO extraction arms of
workrange 2, 3 or 4 metres and diameter 160mm (ERGO-L/Z-R).
UFO-1 is adapted for attachment of one extraction arm, whereas
UFO-2 for two extraction arms.
USE
After the device is switched on, the automation unit ensures the
continuous function of the fan and at the same time regenerates the
fi lters by means of the periodical compressed air impulses without
the work interruption.

TEKA offers a great variety of mobile suction and filtering units for welding fumes. We offer units for each application and welding procedure and each metal (steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, precious metals etc.).
We offer our units in various versions - with HEPA filter or with filter cartridge with manual or automatical dedusting). In case that gas and/or odours arise from the welding process it is possible to equip the filter unit additionally with an activated carbon filter.

Adapter for exhaust ventilation hood (diameter 150)
We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools.
