All units are developed to filter welding fumes and dust very effectively. The latest filter units are the self-cleaning central filters with an integration extraction fan (SCF-F 2 with two filter cartridges and SCF-F 4 with four filter cartridges); developed in accordance with the latest international electrical standards.
The SCF-F series have been developed to meet the demand for plug & play filter units to support small and medium-sized extraction hoods and multiple arm systems with up to 7 extraction arms.
The main feature of the SCF-F is the outstanding cleaning technology of the filter cartridges. The self-cleaning mechanism ensures that the filter stays efficient and has a longer lifespan.

The CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA-V1 is a particularly innovating solution proposing a suction power of 8.5 kPa, an airflow of 3.2 m3/min and a very compact size compared to those performances.
Ideal for all types of laser marking and micro-cutting applications, the CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA perfectly deals with the problem of clogging fumes thanks to a unique and patented filtering process with zeolite. It neutralizes fumes and avoids an early saturation of the main filter. The action of an automatic lever allows a reinitialization of the filter state and thus lengthens the system time of use. UFO-N is irreplaceable in dry dust capturing (without aggressive pollutants or
compounds creating explosion hazard) arising during the welding
and other processes in chemical industry, food production, pharma-
ceutical industry, plastic processing etc. Due to the automatically
cleaned cartridge fi lters with the tefl on membrane, the dust parti-
cles – even those which are smaller than 0.4 μm - are being separated
on the outer surface of the fi lter, where they should be periodically
removed by means of the compressed air impulses.
Following versions of UFO-N device are available:

STRUCTURE
Each UFO-N device consists of:
- radial fan,
- pre-fi lter capturing the large diameter dust
- cartridge fi lter of polyester paper covered with a tefl on membrane
- active carbon impregnated spunbond fi lter – absorption of the
majority of existing vapour and gas sorts
- pneumatic fi lter regeneration system - consisting of a compressed

mounting version
UFO-N is adapted for installing the ERGO extraction arms of
workrange 2, 3 or 4 metres and diameter 160mm (ERGO-L/Z-R).
UFO-1 is adapted for attachment of one extraction arm, whereas
UFO-2 for two extraction arms.
USE
After the device is switched on, the automation unit ensures the
continuous function of the fan and at the same time regenerates the
fi lters by means of the periodical compressed air impulses without
the work interruption.

The smart solution without ductwork
Diluter systems are the solution, when source extraction and hoods are not an option when large pieces of metal are fabricated, various welding processes take place at continuously changing locations and ductwork is difficult to install. The Diluter system has been designed especially for light to medium welding processes.
Flexible solution
Installing the Diluter system is easy as you do not need any ductwork. It does not only save ductwork (thus labour) costs, it is also a very flexible solution for facilities with many welding processes, changing locations constantly. The Diluter system suits almost any workshop.
Minor investment maximum result
The Diluter system consists of three main components: the filter unit, a fan and the Diluter itself. The Diluter is an air circulation unit with six multidirectional outlet nozzles. The unit re-circulates the cleaned air into the workshop by means of the outlet nozzles. The nozzles can be rotated to optimise extraction.
The airflows from the nozzles can be controlled individually making the system unique. Positioning the nozzles inside the welding fume layer gives the best result (usually between four and six metres). The main benefit is the relatively small investment for controlling welding fumes in your plant.

Use
Reel for the unwinding of the squash-resistant flexible hose in different diameters depending on the vehicle type, supplied with mechanical movement only for fixed or centralized working places or sliding on the extruded duct mod. EC for the positioning near to the vehicle.
The system is designed for the localized extraction from exhaust pipe with suitable rubber or stainless steel AISI 304 intakes resistant to the temperature coming out of the motors.

High-level control of welding fumes
Push-pull systems are the solution when source extraction and hoods are not an option, such as working areas with crane transportation, plants where large pieces of metal are fabricated (and arms are impractical) or workshops where various welding processes take place at continuously changing locations. The push-pull system has been designed especially for heavy industry.
Control your background concentration
Welding fumes rise due to heat. At a certain level – due to the cooling process - the same temperature level will be reached and a fume layer arises. The push-pull system moves this layer in a controlled way at a particular height (usually between four and six metres) where the air is being filtered and re-circulated. This way the smaller particles cannot cool down and return to working level. Which means: less fine dust on your work floor.
Ductwork, the main aspect
The main aspect of the push-pull system is the ductwork. Ductwork can be installed in all kinds of settings, U-shaped or paralleled. To determine the most effective system for your surroundings, you need to consider all aspects; the welding process, the height at which the welding fume layer develops, overall volume and the general construction of your workshop.

Independent power
These stand-alone industrial air cleaners with cleanable electrostatic filters can extract welding fumes from the local atmosphere even when extraction close to the source is not possible. The HFE 25 has a capacity of 2,500 m³/h and the HFE 50 up to 5,000 m³/h. Naturally, the HFE 25 and HFE 50 also take out other pollutants such as fine dust.

AER Borne Environmental FV & FH Series Filter Media Collection systems were originally developed as a source capture system to control light mist with heavy amounts of dust generated in a cast iron machining operation. Shortly afterward the design was altered slightly to allow them to be used as general, ambient mist and dust collection systems.
