Systema spa has got a Division for the production of gas ovens for heating, drying and dehumidification using its own exclusive technology with the gas burner BAF used with special heat exchangers in special steel: this Division is called Comex Group.
This new range of ovens offers great advantages because they can be designed on measure and on specific request of the client.
Ovens have been produced for the sectors of foundry, varnishing, food industry, wine production, dairy farming .
Our handling and varnishing systems with automatic control of the density, drying and handling of the materials have the advantage to guarantee a high quality and continuous cycle of the production.
With this new technology of ovens with gas heat exchangers there is also the advantage of a prompt investment return, because the thermal KW produced by the gas is economically more convient than the electric thermal KW, and with less problems of energy supply.
In fact, the natural gas or LPG is everywhere in quantity at a convenient price while the electric energy, in addition to be more expensive is difficult to be found in quantity for industrial productions.

Bowman Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers are designed to remove heat from the exhaust gas of engines and transfer it to the water circuit.
These heat exchangers therefore enable waste heat recovery and can be used on cogeneration/combined heat and power (CHP) equipment up to 700 kw.
These exhaust gas heat exchangers are constructed with stainless steel tubes, tube plates and body and cast iron end covers which allows use with biogas, diesel gases and natural gases.
Bowman exhaust gas heat exchangers can also be used to reduce the exhaust temperature in engines operating in hazardous environments where for safety reasons it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gases

Air Flow Sensors Based on the Calorimetric Principle for Air or Gaseous Media. Compact, Precise, Rugged and Reliable
vent-captors are compact, self-contained flow sensors that work according to a calorimetric principle. The principle allows for the creation of compact, reliable flow sensors with a price/ performance ratio not possible with other physical flow-sensing principles.
Especially at a low flow rate, no other sensing principle can achieve the high accuracy of a vent-captor.
First engineered by weber Sensors more than 20 years ago, weber continues to pioneer sensors based on this principle.
vent-captors are available as insertion and in-line types. Both are also available with a binary output as switches and adjustable set-point and with an analog output as meters with an adjustable measuring range. |

Vertical Filter Separator
The Plenty Vertical Filter Separator will remove 100% of all droplets 8-10 microns and larger and 99.5% of all droplets ½-8 microns in size.
It will also remove 100% of all solid particles, 3 microns and larger 99% of all particles ½-3 microns in size.
These operating efficiencies apply over the entire flow range from maximum design down to virtually zero flow.
The first stage of the filter separator consists of a number of glass fibre coalescer /filter elements through which the wet gas passes.
The small liquid drops carried in the gas stream are trapped within the glass fibres of the element and coalesce to form drops 100 to 200 times larger than the original size.
These drops pass through the element wall and are carried forward by the gas stream to the second stage vane type separator.
The second stage consists of a vane type impingement separator, which operates exactly as described for vane separator.
