This new precision cut-off saw has been designed for almost universal
use in laboratories. The standard model is thus optimally equipped.
Special characteristics:
Switch-controlled electrical cutting height adjustment of saw blade
Sliding table, free of play, with prismatic roller guides
Parallel stop with digital measuring system and fine adjustment
Integrated suction arm with brush head. It can be swivelled and adjusted in height
Integrated Micro-atomizer for selective dry or wet operation for highly efficient lubrication and cooling of the saw blade and workpiece
Reserve content level indicator for the micro-atomizer tank
Halogen illuminated work area, with non-dazzle and dimming features
Optimum positioning of operating and display elements
Saw blade and cutting disk depot for 6 tools in the machine (optional)

3 axial precision cut-off grinding machine
For materials which are delicate and difficult to machine, such as glass, ceramic and composite materials, but also plastics, steel and non-ferrous metals.
The cutting procedure takes place in several steps governed by defined motions in the Z axis in combination with continuous X stroke (cut-off stroke). Severals consecutive cuts can be made (Y axis).
Very hard material textures can be cut to quality standards, thanks to adjustable machining parameters such as cutting disk speed, X feed velocity, Z motion, selective dry or wet cutting etc.
