Brand new for 2007 is the Rapidox 4100 electrochemical cell oxygen gas analyser covering the range 0.1ppm to 100% Based on the Hitech G1010 OEM module this unit is housed in our smart metal case with carry handle and tilting feet.
The new Rapidox 4100 incorporates a powerful and silent linear piston pump for remote sampling of gas. Connections are made using 6/4mm flexible tubing to the front panel input and output unions. The front panel includes a flow gauge allowing the user to control the rate of gas flow into the analyzer from 0 to 1 litres per minute.
The heart of the Rapidox 4100 is a top-of-the-range Medo linear-motor-driven free piston vacuum pump manufactured by Nitto a world leader in pump technology. The pumps are exceptionally quiet (40 dB/m or less).

Series 1200 Analyzer — Trace N2 in Argon
Series 1300 Analyzer — Trace N2 in Helium
Series 1400 Analyzer — Trace H2O in Argon
Each series has two models to choose from covering different ranges:
“A” covers 0-2/0-20 ppm
“B” covers 0-20/0-200 ppm
Detection is based on spectral emission of argon (helium – Series 1300) plasma. High signal gain and improved noise rejection, gives each series the guaranteed sensitivity of 10 ppb for the impurity.
Each analyzer is designed as a rugged, low cost, low maintenance, straightforward instrument to operate. There are no valves, carrier gas, or radioactive source. The analyzer is virtually maintenance-free. Features of the analyzers include on-line, continuous trending of impurity concentration with no need for sample injection or separation columns; Exposure to atmosphere or high impurity concentrations does not result in damage to the analytical cell; Recovers quickly from high impurity levels; Rapid recovery is enhanced by the unique detector design; Over-range protection eliminates possibility of false readings caused by high impurity plasma quenching; A non-depleting cell for extended operation provides long life and is maintenance-free; Patented electro-optical modulation eliminates unwanted noise and drift.

The FLAMCHECK portable combustion analyser system enables simultaneous quick and accurate measurements of the various chemical parameters bound to combustion with regard to industrial installations such as: Refineries; Steel industries; Power plants
The gas sample is taken up through a probe and passed through a condensate trap and a solid particle filter, thereby avoiding any trace of humidity and dust.
The clean & dry sample is then directed to three electrochemical sensors allowing simultaneous measurement of the Oxygen (O2), the Nitrogen Monoxide (NO) and the Carbon Monoxide (CO) concentrations.
Advantages:
Robust industrial design for daily use in harsh environments.
High reliability of the measurements thanks to its automatic zero calibration (the time period between calibrations can be programmed).
Automatic Condensate Recovery and draining
Enables optimum protection of the measuring cells.
Automatic Protection of the measuring cells when highly concentrated or unusually high temperature samples are present.
Data display on a large and interactive backlit screen for a user-friendly and simultaneous display of all parameters.
