The 'all new' Argweld® Critical Weld Purge Monitor has been specifically designed for indicating oxygen levels in Argon gas for weld purging.
It is believed to be the worlds first purpose designed and built Titanium Weld Purge Monitor.
It measures and clearly indicates actual oxygen levels in parts per million (or percent) down to 10 parts per million, (0.001%), on an alpha-numeric display.
The unit is menu driven by two adjustable buttons on the front panel and has an internal alarm with high and low oxygen levels which can be set on the front panel.

A unique new low cost sensor is used which has very little maintenance requirement and tests have shown that is should have up to a five year life.

LumaSense offers the maket quality photoacoustic-based gas monitoring solutions. The Photoacoustic Multi-gas Monitor 1314 is a highly accurate, reliable and stable quantitative gas monitor. Its measurement principle is based on the photoacoustic infra-red detection method. This means that the 1314 can measure almost any gas which absorbs infra-red light.
Selectivity is achieved through the use of optical filters. By installing up to 5 optical filters in the 1314, it can measure the concentration of up to 5 component gases and water vapor in any air sample. Detection limit is gas-dependent, but is typically in the ppb region. The accuracy of measurements is ensured by the 1314's ability to compensate for temperature and pressure fluctuations, water-vapor interference and interference from other gases known to be present (Cross-compensation). The DCEM2100 is a dual-pass transmissometer configured for the continuous measurement of opacity and dust concentration in flue gases.
