The XTP600 gas analyzer measures the percentage of oxygen in hydrogen, nitrogen or any hydrocarbon mixture. Thermoparamagnetic technology has been used to ensure the sensor is reliable and resistant to drift. This sensor is then built into an explosion proof casing which has been approved ATEX zone 1 for use in hazardous areas. As the sensor has no moving parts, vibration and movement will not affect the measurements over a long period of time. The outer casing of the XTP600 is strong and can be easily placed at the exact point of measurement. The XTP600’s maintenance time has been kept to a minimum by making sure the casing unscrews to allow easy access to the centre.

For the first time, the Vaisala SPECTRACAP® Oxygen Transmitter OMT355 offers Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) technology in a compact probe suitable for field use. The SPECTRACAP® sensor measures oxygen concentration optically by measuring the absorption of light from a tunable diode laser.
The OMT355 can be flange-mounted directly into a process without sampling or sample conditioning equipment. This provides the user real time measurement data without sampling or sample switching delays. In addition, the stainless steel probe tolerates aggressive chemicals and excessive amounts of moisture.
For processes with high temperatures, elevated pressures or excessive solids content, an optional sampling cell is available for the transmitter. As the sensor is very robust and has low sensitivity to gas flow and pressure variations, the associated sampling system is simple and can be installed near the sampling point.
The OMT355 is a low-maintenance instrument. A stainless steel mesh filter protects the probe optics from dust and dirt. An optional hydrophobic, porous PTFE filter is also available.
Typical applications for the OMT355 include gas generation, inert gas blanketing, fermentation and composting process monitoring.

OxyBoss 100 Oxygen Sensor
OxyBoss 100 Oxygen Sensor -- The OxyBoss 100 is a long life product. The cell is guaranteed for one year. Rel-Tek has been manufacturing oxygen sensors for over a decade, and we've learned a lot about making sensors last. And, with an initial price comparable to competing "flash-bulb" O2 products, the cost of ownership of the high quality OxyBoss 100, including on-going maintenance, is a lot less. Range is 0-25% O2; uses 10-30VDC, 4-20ma, 2-wire hookup; supplied with NEMA-4X fiberglass enclosure with SS hardware and optional digital meter.
Another cost benefit is a natural zero, i.e. reading 4ma when ambient oxygen drops to zero; which may seem trivial, unless you have experience with competing sensors that don't. Calibrating the OxyBoss 100 is simple; use ambient air to set an upscale 20.7%. The cost savings?.. Well, with a natural zero, you never have to calibrate the zero point, a tedious process requiring what seems to be an interminable application of nitrogen. Safety, performance, reliability and low cost combine in the OxyBoss 100. This fine US-built product is engineered for quality, safety and performance.
The OxyBoss 100 offers unusually long O2 cell life... units often in service for a year or more without requiring cell replacement. Long term stability, temperature compensation, easy calibration and tolerance for moisture and dust have given this instrument a reputation for dependability. A dust filter and calibration adapter are included. A flow through adapter is available for low pressure in-line monitoring. The unique O2 sensing cell assembly will not rust or corrode, the nemesis of competing products for wet environments.

The Argweld® Weld Purge Monitor.
Keeps waiting time to a minimum:
The monitor can tell the operator exactly when the oxygen level is low enough to commence welding. No estimating or guesswork is involved, so no time is wasted waiting for the correct level to be reached.
Measures the content of oxygen in the purge gas to indicate when it is safe to carry out a weld.
Saves on excessive use of inert gas:
The exact oxygen content is given, so no more inert gas than necessary has to be used to ensure that the weld will be free of oxidation.
Prevents weld failures:
Premature starts on welds are avoided, high quality is ensured.
Highly portable:
Its small size makes is easy and very convenient to use in all purging situations.
Titanium / Duplex / Stainess Steel:
The MKV monitor can be used to weld Titanium, Duplex and Stainless Steels.
Low cost:
The monitor is available at low relative cost and is a perfect accessory for use with any pipe purging system or argon welding enclosure.
Continuous monitoring of oxygen levels:
A continuous read out of the oxygen level is given, even when welding is taking place. This can avoid unforeseen purge problems that could cause quality failures after the weld has been started.
Calibration and Certification:
Our instrument is supplied calibrated and certificates for Industry Standards are included. Re-calibration is available to operators at any time. Continuous calibration on the front of the instrument is provided.
Extra range:
The MKV monitor indicates Oxygen levels down to 100 parts per million (PPM) 0.01% and measures accurately down to 0.1%.
