| The SPA 500 analysis system was developed particularly for the measurement of the oxygen content in steam-heated autolavas during the vulcanization process by rubber products by peroxide (H2O2). The duration of the flushing of the autoclaves with water vapor can be reduced by the accurate measurement of the CO2 content. This leads to a clear cost saving. The determination of the optimal starting point and the monitoring of the CO2 content during the entire curing process lead in addition to an improvement of the product quality. The analyzer is both in a stationary execution (SPA500S) and in a portable execution (SPA 500P) available. |

The self-adhesive technique provides faborable solutions for surfaces requiring protection while manufacturing, storing and transporting products made of glass, metal
and plastic materials.
VITO distance/shipping pads serve as antiskid and anti-scratch spacing devices and simultaneously, as shock absorbers. Therefore, they essentially contribute to the reduction of costs as well as to the minimization of transport damage.
The specific properties relating to applicability, inherent in the base materials - cork, self-adherent foam and cellular rubber - permit to effect extensive utilization in many fields;
they are particularly suitable for the necessary storage and transport of insulating glass or ready-glazed window and door elements consisting of metal and plastic materials.
VITO distance/shipping pads manufactured and achieved in a rational way and adapted to requirements of their processing, are offered in view of the industrial utilization.
VITOCORK "SOF" is also available as cork tape and bobbin/spool/coil conforming to requirements of the automatic processing.
Adequate choice of the distance pad type and of the thickness can enable to meet different conditions and demands (from 2 mm thickness to 6 mm). Please contact us.

Supporting materials consisting of polyethylene, vinyl, polyurethane, cellular rubber, metal films and cork can be processed and punched with extraordinary close tolerances.
The production of extraordinarily punched pieces and die-cut shapes is conducted by rotational and elevation punching automation facilities. The punched pieces are available in non-adhesive, one-side and double-side self-adhesive versions and are deliverable in accordance with special demands and types of applicability such as, for example, individually punched pieces, punched pieces automatically aligned on roll with and without protective covering.
If desired, the punched pieces are equipped with a handling tongue or an additional excess length in order to permit improved application. |

This unit is developed on the well-developed technique base, chiefly to be used for dry before the engineering plastics process such as ABS and polycarbonate, and be used for material rationing, blending, coloring and dry of different resin and PE, PP and PVC.
The unit unites the technology of hot and cold mixing together, and the material completing the hot mixing to go into cooling mixing automatically to cause cooling, and remove remains gas, and may guard against agglomerates.

THE MATERIAL
Butyl: The polymer butyl (IIR - isobutylene isoprene - rubber) is an elastomer with a small number of double bonds, produced through co-polymerisation of isobutylene and isoprene.
EPDM: The polymer EPDM, ethylene-propylene rubber, is produced through co-polymerisation of ethylene, propylene and diene monomer, producing a polymer made up of saturated linear macromolecules with a paraffinic structure.
In addition to the base polymer, both EPDM and Butyl contain reinforcing carbon black, fillers, process chemicals, antioxidants and vulcanising agents. After mixing the ingredients into a homogenous plastic compound, two layers of the rubber are rolled out in a calender to form a double sheet. Vulcanisation is then carried out. The long rubber molecules in the material are cross-linked through heat and pressure, creating an elastic membrane.
RESISTANT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
The vulcanisation process means that the material differs from all thermoplastic products, in that its properties are not affected by varying temperatures. The product is chemically stable and always returns to its original dimensions after stretching.
The cross-linked molecular structure gives EPDM and Butyl rubber their unique properties. Ageing or changes in characteristics are negligible despite decades of exposure to the atmosphere, sunlight, UV radiation, chemical fallout, water or major temperature fluctuations.
