The DS2 Docking Station provides the ultimate flexibility for managing your gas monitors wherever you use them. The DS2 gives you all of the benefits of consistent automated calibration, record keeping, battery recharging and instrument diagnostics for your monitors to limit your liabilities and safety hazards. Two way wireless and/or ethernet connectivity enables you to link up to 100 stand-alone Instrument Docking Stations (IDSs) from remote locations anywhere in your facility and relay the data back to one central database for total instrument management. A graphical user interface tool (DSSAC) allows an administrator to view operations on each Docking Station from a network computer, making it easy to track instruments, print reports, set events and change parameters for any location.

Richmond Technology extrudes and converts two types of high strength polyethylene. These high strength materials provide superior physical strength characteristics while maintaining or improving contamination control properties. In most cases, the increased strength will allow significantly thinner materials to be used, which provides greater package flexibility and a greater value to the customer.
Designed for critical ultra-clean packaging applications, these polyethylene films do not contain any additives such as slip agents, antiblock, or antistats. The materials and processes have been designed to eliminate or reduce concerns of ionic contamination, outgassing, non-volatile residues, and particulate matter. |
|
| Richmond Technology engineers developed PFL-400 which provides a low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and excellent contamination control properties. It is a proprietary co-polymer/solid foil laminate with a barefoot polyethylene inner layer that is free of additives, slip agents, and antiblocks. This sturdy construction and a refined processing technique ensures reliable performance in a variety of critical applications. |
|
Richmond Technology engineers developed the CAV-40 product in response to the market demand for a high barrier clear film with excellent cleanliness characteristics. The proprietary outer layer delivers extraordinary moisture vapor barrier properties while the inner sealant layer offers outstanding cleanliness characteristics. None of the harmful process aids (i.e. slip, anti-block, etc.) used in traditional polyethylene sealant layers are present.
CAV-40 is the choice for clean transparent moisture barrier protection of sensitive product during transport and/or storage. |

ROM emulation is a powerful and versatile method of microprocessor testing. ROM emulation has emerged as the technique of choice for microprocessor test and diagnostic applications. A microprocessor-based board is tested by replacing the boot ROMs on the Unit Under Test (UUT) with memory emulation pods. Each pod handles eight bits of the data bus. Processors from 8 to 32 bits can be controlled with one to four pods (even the most advanced CPUs such as the Intel Pentium generally use only an eight-bit boot path). The emulator takes control of the UUT by resetting the processor and, under the test program's control (monitor program), exercises all functions on the board. Synchronization with the UUT is automatic and requires no additional hardware or connections.

The GX1838 provides 8 output channels and three Voltage Rails. Each of the 8 output channels can be connected to one of the three voltage rails or set as Open. Voltage Rails A through C are used as voltage sources for the High and Low state. Additionally, the GX1838 offers a programmable DC electronic load capable of loading up to 500mA. The GX1838 occupies a single 3U PXI slot.
The GX7400 is a dual output programmable DC power supply designed for use in PXI systems. The GX7400 occupies three 6U slots and is controlled via the PXI bus. The AC power is provided using a panel mounted receptacle. The power supplies are fully isolated and can be externally connected in series to provide higher voltage. Each of the dual outputs can accommodate a programmable or a fixed power supply module.
The GT7404 is a low cost method of providing controlled power to interface and test target circuitry. The GT7404 permits +5V, +12V, -5V, and -12V power outputs present on the GTXI motherboard to be switched through a DB25 connector for use by the unit under test and interface circuitry.

CTS Connect - Air Actuated & Manual Connectors
Manual Connectors
The CTS ConnectTM line of manual connectors are designed for durability and superior wear. These rugged connectors are designed with the operator in mind, featuring ergonomic actuating levers and optional comfort grip handles.
Air Actuated Connectors
CTS ConnectTM air actuated internal or external connectors effectively seal on smooth, rough or threaded circular features of a part. The connectors consist of an air-driven internal piston that compresses the durable proprietary seal material against the surface of the part. This creates a tight seal that meets all test pressure requirements, regardless of surface shape or finish |
