The GasCheck infrared gas sensor is a series of low CO2 sensors which features high accuracy, good long term stability, negligible cross sensitivity, small size and low power requirement.
The basic GasCheck is available in three ranges 3000 ppm, 3% and 10% with a 0 to 1 V non-linear output. A linearisation board can be added as an option to give linear 4 to 20 mA output.
The option of a diffusion assembly is available for the 3000 ppm unit.
Originally developed for measuring CO2 concentrations in laboratory incubators, the GasCheck range has now also been adopted for a wide range of applications where accurate measurement of CO2 is required, but with the benefits of low cost and compact design.

NDIR Carbon Dioxide - Infared Sensors
Alphasense contemporary designed miniature CO2 infra-red sensors are self-contained, plug in sensors with integrated optics contained within standard sized miniature (20.0 mm) gas sensor housings. There are no moving parts within the sensors. An internal temperature sensor is included to enable the temperature to be monitored at the detectors, thereby providing the best means of compensating for temperature effects, including ideal gas law corrections.
CO2 Gas Ranges
IR-CO2-A1 Carbon Dioxide 0 to 5,000-ppm
IR-CO2-A1 Carbon Dioxide 0 to 5% Volume
IR-CO2-A1 Carbon Dioxide 0 to 20% Volume
IR-CO2-A1 Carbon Dioxide 0 to 100% Volume

The LED based CO2 NDIR sensor is a fast response, low power NDIR CO2 sensor. It uses patented Indium Antimonide technology to produce a solid state source/detector pair. This gives a fast response to changes in gas concentration, and high immunity to ambient light/heat sources.
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is measured by recording changes in the transmission of mid IR wavelengths around the carbon dioxide absorption peak at 4.26um.
The C20 is fully solid state, using an advanced mid IR LED and photodiode pair.
This eliminates the need for heated filaments entirely.
This sensor produces a temperature compensated, linearised output via a serial line, and is extremely simple to integrate into microcontroller based instruments.

CO2 Sensor
The CO2 LC is a microprocessor controlled gas analyzer using non diffractive IR detection (NDIR) for determination of CO2 concentration. This low price CO2 sensor is characterized by low power consumption, a wide supply voltage range of 8 V . 15 V and simultaneous integration of current and voltage interface.
A microprocessor controls all necessary functions and performs calculations which allow fast customer specific adaptions by software variations. We offer different calibrations for varying concentrations of CO2: 10%, 11%, 30%, and 100%.

General description
di-soric infrared distance sensors OAA... are characterised by a large operating distance, while having a very good colour independence. Thanks to the large diameter of light spot uneven surfaces of stones, sintered material or rough boards will be safely detected. Due to that di-soric infrared distance sensors OAA... are especially suitable for height control in concrete and gravel works, brickyards as well as saw mills. Two independently from each other adjustable thresholds enable diverse operation possibilities.

The detection area of the OP-08C consists of 10 independent areas. By rotating a spherical lens, the size of the area can be easily adjusted between standard size and large size.
As the sensor is very small, it can be aesthetically fitted into the entrance surround. It can be embedded into a transom or ceiling up to 4m.
Use of proprietary sensors and microcontrollers reduce faulty movement due to rain, snow or insects.
