Turn Down:
The UniTrans enables with its maximal 1 : 20 Turn down an adaption to applications also at great changes of the measuring range (e.g. a 100 bar transmitter can be turned down to 5 bar).
As IS - pressure transmitter the UniTrans can perfectly meet the hardest requirements of industrial pressure measurement.
Configuration:
With the easy-to-use menu, the user can set parameters such as language, unit, zero point, span or inverted signal. The UniTrans also offers the possibility of a tank linearisation with up to 32 holding points.
Multifunctional display:
The optional display can be adjusted mechanically and electronically, thus guaranteeing many display variations and an optimal reading from different directions. Bargraph and trend are permanently displayed. Only a minor modification of the case is required in order to be able to read the display from above. All standard units can be displayed. Two further lines are available for entering additional text (e.g. min./max. values or temperature at the sensor).

SST77 series SMART differential pressure transmitters are
microprocessor-based instruments that combine the analog signal
advantages (4h-20 mA) together with the flexibility of digital
communication (Bell 202 standard FSK) using HART® protocol.
They can be remotely configured by a universal hand held terminal
(HHT) or by a PC with a dedicated interface and Spriano software.
Moreover, it is possible to locally configure the instruments (zero
and span) by means of 2 pushbuttons and to display the data on
the wide LCD display.
The SST77 transmitters measure differential pressure with spans
from 1,125 to 20000 mbarwith a static pressure up to 100 bar.
The pressure measuring element is a piezoresitive sensor. It is
possible to choose a variety of sensors to satisfy all process
conditions.
The Spriano measuring cell contains the sensor and transmits
pressure to the electronics. Thermal drift is compensated using
the temperature signal generated by a PTC thermistor integrated
in the sensor itsself.
Based on these readings the microprocessorgenerates the 4h-20
mA analog output "two wires system" and displays the pressure
measurement on the LCD.
Some of the main characteristics of this microprocessor-based
transmitter, are:
- Wide rangeability.
- Automatic temperature compensation.
- Digital communication using HART® protocol.

SET46 transmitters, complete with diaphragm in AISI 316, measure relative or absolute pressure in measuring spans between 0,035 and 31,5 bar. The pressure measuring element is a piezoresistive sensor. It is possible to choose between sensors to satisfy the process conditions. The sensor, protected from the process fluid by diaphragm, generates a signal corresponding to the actual pressure and is complete with a PTC thermistor which also transmits the temperature of the the measuri ng cell to the electronic system. On the basis of these two values and of the configured parameters the electronic system generates a standard output signal (4 to 20 mA, two wires system) and displays all the necessary data on the LCDdisplay.Theoperating parameters can bechanged by means of the two push buttons that are below the LCD display. Among the relevant characteristics of this microprocessor based transmitter, are the following :
- wide rangeability for the measuring span (abt. 1 to 10)
- automatic temperature compensation in the measuring cell.
