DICTATOR Pull-type gas springs are the answer to your problems if you
are unable to use normal push-type gas springs due to a lack of space. They work in the opposite way to push-type gas springs as the gas pressure inside the cylinder causes the piston rod to retract inwards.
Depending on how they are installed, pull-type gas springs either open or close flaps, windows and hatchways.

Product description: The gas spring are pneumatic energy storing devices. They have exact defined, linear insertion and expulsion forces or spring characteristics.
Application: The gas springs serve as openers for rear gates on automobiles, as automatic opening or closing devices for windows, doors, covers and hoods, and as height adjustment on deck chairs.
Assembly: The springs should be installed with the piston rod pointing downwards and may not be subjected to lateral forces.
On request: The gas springs are available in steps of 50N explusion forces from 50N to 400N.
Attention: The gas springs are under high pressure, they may never be opened, processed or heated above 120°C. When disposing of them, always follow the regulations on disposal.
