Internal gear pumps from Micropump. No other technology offers precise and accurate fluid delivery with the same high-pressure and low-flow rate capabilities in such a small package. Tiny micro-annular pumps are suitable for low viscosity liquids such as deionized water, methanol, solvents, oil, and lubricants. High-precision rotors provide accurate flow rate control, helping conserve valuable liquids. Internal gear technology keeps pulsation to an absolute minimum for smooth, constant flow.
Product Summary
- Dispense rates as small as 0.5 microliters
- Flow rates to 288 ml/min
- Accuracy within +/- 1%
- Max. differential pressure 80 bar
- Max. temperature 60 degrees C |

Positive displacement pumps
Positive displacement pumps have a capacity directly proportional to the rotation speed and virtually independent of the differential pressure. They can handle liquids of all viscosities by reducing the rotation speed as the viscosity increases. There are many different types, for example, gear pumps (internal and external), progressing cavity pumps, screw pumps, lobe pumps, etc. |

| Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available. |

KF gear pumps are used for pumping a wide variety of
fluids.
KF gear pumps are distinguished especially by their wide
range of variants which are assembled as required on the
modular principle and also permit subsequent upgrade.
The pumps are also suitable for media with low lubricating
properties.
The standard housing sections are of grey cast iron.
The gear units are manufactured from high-strength
case-hardening steel, hardened and mounted in special
multi-compound plain bearing bushes.
The standard drive shaft is sealed by rotary shaft
lip-type seal.
All pump sizes incorporate helical tooth system.
This feature, combined with special gear geometry,
results in extremely low noise levels and reduced
pressure pulsation. |

Pump series BT and BTH are low speed gear pumps for
transfering medium and high viscosity fluids, provided they
have certain minimum amount of lubricating property, do
not contain any solids and are chemically compatable with
the materials of construction.
The standard material of construction for housing, bearing
cover and stuffing box cover is grey cast iron. The shafts
and gears are manufactured from case hardening steel, hardened
and ground. The shafts are carried in plain bearings
manufactured in bronze, with an option of sintered iron.
The rotary shaft seal is a packed gland consisting of PTFE
fillied Aramid yarn, and the static sealing between mating
parts is by means of either, liquid sealant or gaskets. All
sealing materials are asbestos free.
External axial loads are not permissable, restricted radial
loads can be absorbed, dependant on their magnetude and
direction.
Driving by flexible shaft coupling is preferred.
In the case of fluids which require elevated temperatures to
flow i. e. bitumen, wax etc. the BTH series pump should be
used. In this model the housing is double walled to provide
a heating jacked. The pump transfer chamber is heated by
circulating heat transfer fluid or steam through the jacket. |

High Pressure Gear Pumps
Lynch gear pumps are available in six different groups (0.25, 0.5, 1P, 1, 2 and 3). Different pump displacements within each group, ranging between 0.011 cu. in./rev and 5.310 cu. in./rev, can be obtained by changing the thickness of the gear tooth band. Within the same group, different flanges, shafts, inlet and pressure ports are available.
The following items are also available:
- pumps with integrated maximum pressure valve;
- hi-pressure pumps
- bi-rotational pumps
- hydraulic motors (both unidirectional and bi-directional)
- modular multiple pumps. |

| High economy, optimal efficiency and silent in operation. These are all important features which particularly characterize our transfer pumps. Compact design, low weight, solid construction and workmanship, anti-wear coatings, application-specific materials, sizes and seal variants, as well as numerous accessories and type of connections are additional reasons which make KRACHT transfer gear pumps more than interesting for every user. And this is our motto for every type of pump: only the best is good enough. |
|
| External gear units are classic hydraulic units and come in the form of pumps and motors. Individual pumps, multiple pumps and lownoise SILENCE versions in seven different series open up a virtually unlimited range of possible uses. |

The Model G2 composite pump offers users the advantage of moderate corrosion resistance, resistance to vibration damage, and extremely light weight at a very affordable cost. Over a decade of service in industrial and agricultural applications has clearly demonstrated the durability and value inherent in this design.
Nyrim was originally developed for use on bulldozer tracks and pump impellers in abrasive applications. In many cases, Nyrim exhibits abrasion resistance equal to cast iron, yet has the ability to thrive in corrosive environments unsuitable for non-alloy grade metallic pumps.
The Model G2 is available with a selection of available options, which allow the pump specifier to quickly and easily adapt the standard pump to more demanding applications. |
|
| The model DR3 is a versatile, durable and flexible external gear pumps capable of meeting the needs of a broad array of industrial applications. Encapsulation technology is used to meld the best material characteristics of stainless steel and Nyrim (an industrial co-polymer from DSM) into an award winning external gear pump design. The DR3 can be simply and quickly customized from the extensive list of options to meet the specific requirements of many corrosive fluids. The unique combination features: light weight, corrosion resistance, non-galling gears, quiet operation, and economical cost make this pump an exceptional value. |

Ideal for use on diesel engines, fuel oil boosters, gear reducers, or for lubricating oil pumps on engines and compressors. Flange mounted pumps are compact, lightweight and designed to mount directly on your equipment.
The flange mounted pump shown was developed for us with a gear reducer. Haight engineers later applied this design principle to fit other customer requirements. When your project plans call for a custom-built positive displacement pump, Haight can analyze your needs and design a pump to meet them. |

Haight offers six sizes of pumps in the square flange U-Series. All sizes are available with a bolt-on Relief Valve which can function in either a return to suction, or return to tank mode. All U-Series pumps are interchangeable with earlier D & DR Series pumps.
Compact, rugged, and easy to maintain, these pumps are ideally suited to close-coupled mounting to the motor or footed mounting. Haight Pumps bolt-on footed brackets match standard NEMA motor height eliminating pump or motor shimming. Each bracket size is designed to align the pump and motor shaft heights without shim blocks. |
|
| Haight offers five sizes of pumps in the Double pump series. Available with a variety of optional seal, bearing and rotor materials. The Double Series offers exceptionally compact design, plus low shear and noise characteristics. Compact, rugged and simple, these pumps are ideally suited for close-coupled mounting, which eliminates the need for expensive gear boxes, and prevents coupling alignment problems. |
