The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar).

|
Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available.

The CMD series is a groundbreaking new series of sealless, non-metallic pumps specially designed for crucial liquid containment applications. This series offers several important benefits, including: 100% renewable performance with use of Viking’s recommended spare parts kit; an innovative magnet system with a patent-pending spline design that allows the magnet to self-align while floating on the shaft with no added fasteners; self-lubricating, heavy-duty bearings with patent-bearing geometry that allow dry-run capabilities; and, a unique, universal flange that allows for easy installation for both ANSI and DIN flanged systems, among other key benefits. In addition, the CMD series offers extreme flexibility, including an array of models with port sizes ranging from .25” to 1.5” (6.35 to 38.1 mm), a performance level of 100 SSU (22 cSt), normal capacity at 1450 RPM ranging from 0.34 to 30 GPM (1.3 to 120.0 LPM), normal capacity at 1750 RPM ranging from 0.4 to 33.0 GPM (1.5 to 125.0 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 150 PSI (10 Bar), a maximum hydrostatic pressure of 200 PSI (14 Bar), approximate shipping weights ranging from 4 to 44 pounds (2 to 20 kg), and a maximum recommended operating temperature of 150°F (65°C).

Magnetic drive gear pumps MDG series
Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

General description :
GATHER Industrie’s magnetic drive gear pump is made from stainless steel, Hastelloy or titanium and may be used as dosing pump, process pump or for laboratory service. The hermetically sealed gear pumps convey and meter in a non-pulsating manner even non-lubricating liquids such as water, salt solutions, solvents, acids and caustic solutions. As low-maintenance process pumps they can be optimally integrated into existing systems; when used for metering or dosing service they enable highly precise and reproducible flow rates to be attained. Based on the magnetic coupling and making use of new materials GATHER Industrie constantly advances the pumps originally intended for laboratory service to optimum acid or caustic solution pumps used in pilot facilities (miniplant) and for process technological applications. It goes without saying that the pumps meet the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Code and are ATEX compliant for use in hazardous areas.

Type RB profile bending machines are used when aluminium or steel profiles are to be bent to the highest levels of quality, precision and productivity. These machines have particularly high flexibility and performance.
The variable clearances on the side rollers mean that these machines can be adjusted to fit the profile perfectly in each case. This leads to a noticeable improvement in bending quality but also to significantly higher bending performance than is found with conventional bending machines.

HYDRAULIC SECTION BENDING MACHINE MCP
The three roll double pre-bending section bender DAVI MCP is a technologically advanced machine that is most effective when bending regular sections such s a flat bar (flat or on edge), rectangular bars or typical T, UPN, angles or tubes with square or rectangular sections (in addition to stainless steel tubes, brass or copper or other materials). The heavy structure and sizing together with the complete range of accessories including a hydraulic traction device which makes the MCP particularly well adapted for making beams with sections of up to 500 mm. The lateral rolls are adjusted hydraulically and independently to permit the machine to perform the pre-bending operation.
The machine can be equipped with guiding rolls to compensate the deformations that occur during the bending process. The modular rolls made in alloy steel, are mounted on large diameter shafts, on auto aligning roll bearings (pre-lubricated) to obtain a high level of performance.

Drive-in racking is ideal for homogeneous products with low levels of turnover and a high number of pallets per article type. This system offers the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.
Advantages:
- Maximum use of available space (85%).
- Elimination of aisles between the racking.
- Rigorous entrance and exit control.
- Drive-in racking can generally accommodate as many article types as there are loading aisles.
Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
Drive-in racking can also be used in construction of clad-rack buildings whose most striking feature is that they do not require the existence of a building prior to construction.

Same principle of high-density storage as regular drive-ins, but with upright columns produced from structural steel shapes. Unlike competitve structural racks, Ridg-U-Rak structural drive-ins can be equipped with any of the Ridg-U-Rak drive-in rail designs even Ridg-U-Rail 2000

Drive-in Racking
The special system for storing large quantities of same products. Pallets are stored at various levels on special rails. Efficient use of space where the first pallet will be taken out as the last one.
|
|
Using minimal space for access aisles and lanes, Link 51's Drive-in racking provides a high-density and very space-efficient bulk storage system.
With the first pallet into a lane being the last out, stock selectivity is restricted, but when loads are delivered and dispatched in batches, this is not a difficulty. Pallets are stored on runners in the depth of the racking and trucks enter to deposit or retrieve loads. For maximum utilisation of both cubic and floor space by providing pallet storage at up to 11 metres. Link 51's High Drive-in system has unsurpassed structural strength and stability, with single-section uprights and rails and double bolt rail fixing into each upright.
