Gear pumps are used in all types of manufacturing industries for the transportation of both thin and thick liquids, from choccolate to diesel fuel. Our gear pumps have sturdy design, offering high reliability as well as long life.
Johnson Pump's gear pump design is based on an internal idler gear rotating inside of a larger rotor. Internal gear pumps are robust, give an even flow, handle both low and high viscosity products, are capable of high pressure and are self-priming.
Johnson Pump manufactures the TopGear-series of internal gear pumps; with the TG L-range for low viscosity - high volumetric efficiency, TG G-range for general purpose and the TG H-range for high demanding applications.

A new and complete range of pumps for transferring and delivering oil, operated by direct current motors. PIUSI products respond perfectly to market demand. The pumps are especially designed for transferring oil from drums, or mobile tanks, in situations where electricity or pneumatic connections are not available. The motor is equipped with a direct current battery so that oil transfer or delivery operations can always be carried out.
Use the pressure-switch version to deliver oil without the inconvenience of having to start or stop the pump.
Thanks to their compactness and easy installation these pumps can be used for equipping mobile oil pumps on vehicles or used independently with battery equipped trolleys. They can also be used as primary installations when carrying out oil transfer or handling operations in yards, ports, aboard vehicles or boats.

SG Series gear pumps provide pressure up to 70 PSI and 3 GPM for applications where consistently high pressure is needed for small tubing, oil hole drills, high velocity jets through nozzles and for heavy viscosity oils. Cutting oils, coolants, lubricants, drawing compounds and some solvents are the types of fluids typically pumped with SG Series pumps. These pumps and systems are recommended for use with liquids that have some lubricating quality and are relatively free from abrasives and scale. SG Series gear pumps are often preferred for small lathes and drills

Positive displacement pumps
Positive displacement pumps have a capacity directly proportional to the rotation speed and virtually independent of the differential pressure. They can handle liquids of all viscosities by reducing the rotation speed as the viscosity increases. There are many different types, for example, gear pumps (internal and external), progressing cavity pumps, screw pumps, lobe pumps, etc.

TopGear MAG - Protecting your future
TopGear MAG is a range of leak-proof internal gear pumps for low and high viscous liquids which are corrosive, toxic, aggressive or expensive.
Total containment of the liquid inside the pump is achieved using a hermetically sealed can, which isolates the liquid from the surrounding environment. This eliminates the need for shaft seals and the associated wear and leakage that would normally be experienced. The Magnetic Drive pumps are therefore not only environmentally friendly – they also contribute to improved safety in chemical and process plant environments.
Complying amongst others with the “ATEX” (ATmospheres EXplosibles) directive, magnetic drive pumps make an important contribution to health and safety on process plants.
TopGear MAG provides environmental, human, legal and economical protection -
