TopGear MAG - Protecting your future
TopGear MAG is a range of leak-proof internal gear pumps for low and high viscous liquids which are corrosive, toxic, aggressive or expensive.
Total containment of the liquid inside the pump is achieved using a hermetically sealed can, which isolates the liquid from the surrounding environment. This eliminates the need for shaft seals and the associated wear and leakage that would normally be experienced. The Magnetic Drive pumps are therefore not only environmentally friendly – they also contribute to improved safety in chemical and process plant environments.
Complying amongst others with the “ATEX” (ATmospheres EXplosibles) directive, magnetic drive pumps make an important contribution to health and safety on process plants.
TopGear MAG provides environmental, human, legal and economical protection - |

| The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar). |

| Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available. |

| The CMD series is a groundbreaking new series of sealless, non-metallic pumps specially designed for crucial liquid containment applications. This series offers several important benefits, including: 100% renewable performance with use of Viking’s recommended spare parts kit; an innovative magnet system with a patent-pending spline design that allows the magnet to self-align while floating on the shaft with no added fasteners; self-lubricating, heavy-duty bearings with patent-bearing geometry that allow dry-run capabilities; and, a unique, universal flange that allows for easy installation for both ANSI and DIN flanged systems, among other key benefits. In addition, the CMD series offers extreme flexibility, including an array of models with port sizes ranging from .25” to 1.5” (6.35 to 38.1 mm), a performance level of 100 SSU (22 cSt), normal capacity at 1450 RPM ranging from 0.34 to 16.5 GPM (1.3 to 62.5 LPM), normal capacity at 1750 RPM ranging from 0.4 to 20.0 GPM (1.5 to 75.0 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 150 PSI (10 Bar), a maximum hydrostatic pressure of 200 PSI (14 Bar), approximate shipping weights ranging from 4 to 44 pounds (2 to 20 kg), and a maximum recommended operating temperature of 150°F (65°C). |

Verdergear gear pumps for laboratory (max 550 l/h)
Verdergear gear pumps for industry (max 10000 l/h)
Verdergear inner geared gear pumps (high viscous fluids)
Verdergear Micro Electronic sealless gear pumps
All pumps are constructed according to the suction shoe principle. This suction shoe style design compared to the cavity styled pumps results in a higher efficiency.

Type RB profile bending machines are used when aluminium or steel profiles are to be bent to the highest levels of quality, precision and productivity. These machines have particularly high flexibility and performance.
The variable clearances on the side rollers mean that these machines can be adjusted to fit the profile perfectly in each case. This leads to a noticeable improvement in bending quality but also to significantly higher bending performance than is found with conventional bending machines. |

Continuous operation data and conditions, working angle 5°, average life 1000 hours.
The drive shaft is fitted with an "ECS" device for easy coupling with the PTO.
The operations of coupling and uncoupling the transmission shaft and the PTO on tractors or other farm machinery (previously fitted with a dedicated device) are easier and safer with the "ECS" device.
The "ECS" device is made up of a collar fitted on the stub of the yoke, free to rotate around the stub but connected to it through a float-type coupling. |

Depending on the configurations, the Original Elbe Universal Joint Shafts consist of fork parts, joint crosses, needle- or roller bearings, splined length extension and precision tubing.
Fork parts are made using closed die forgings while joint crosses are made from cold press or closed die forgings. Highly stressed areas of the universal drive shafts are heat treated to obtain an optimum combination of hardness and toughness. Subsequently, joint cross journals and bearing seats are ground to very fine tolerances.
Each fork part is bored to enable mounting of the needle- or roller bearing housings. Hub splines for length extension are broached and the mating external splines are rolled. If it becomes necessary to reduce the sliding force of the splines, they can be coated with a high quality plastic. |

The complete manufacturing process with all its advantages is identical with the description of the series 0.100.
The bearings of this series feature roller bearing design with all advantages previously described.
The main advantage of this wing-style version is the positive-fit connection resulting from the key of the bearing housing and the key-way of the flange. Therefore the torque is transmitted in a more defined way in comparison to the friction connection.
The four screws used to mount the flange to the universal joint allow fast assembling and disassembling. |

In vehicle construction and mechanical engineering drive flanges form the connection between drive and cardan shaft.
Using modern machine equipment, we manufacture products on the basis of high-quality forgings according to customer drawings.
The drive flanges can be manufactured with internal and external splines as well as with hardened and lead-free ground seal bearing surface. |

An overrunning clutch transmits rotary motion only in one direction. It is used to eliminate reverse torques generated by the inertia of implements with heavy rotating masses such as rotors or flywheels during deceleration or stopping.
The GE torsionally resilient joint is used on drivelines for different functions depending upon the specific application -The GE can reduce torque peaks generated by the inertia of machines with heavy flywheels or rotors during abrupt starts or deceleration. -The GE can smooth alternating or pulsating loads that may shorten the life of power transmission components. -The GE can modify the natural frequency of a system, to avoid resonance events that could cause failures. - The GE can smooth torsional vibrations generated by unequal working angles on drivelines with more than one joint.

Shaft with Fittings
For shaft applications that do not require casing, use the chart below to choose your fitting(s). Fittings are available in seven mating sizes (A through G) for each size shaft up to .500 diameter. Panel mount fittings (H & I) are available for some sizes. Casing is usually necessary for shaft lengths that exceed 8 inches. Also, casing is recommended when the environment is dirty, dusty, or corrosive or when the shafts are run at high speeds in exposed areas where injury can occur. |
