This series of gear reducers with attached or integrated thrust industrial bearing can be supplied in a helical or bevel winding gear arrangement. Quiet operation and strong design are key features. Horizontal or vertical mounting position, splash lubrication and cooling coil or injection lubrication are possible options. The modular design of the POSIREX is based on the POSIRED 2 range, plus a selection of available thrust-bearing parts.

Double shaft extruder suppliers professional gears have been built by PIV Drives since 1984 for a variety of applications in the plastics and food industries. This product is in operation around the world to the complete satisfaction of our customer base. The gearing is case hardened and ground with a profile correction for optimal load-bearing performance and noise reduction. An extremely quiet gear-train is achieved through a high contact ratio. The axial forces which occur during the extrusion process are safely absorbed through a system of tandem bearings manufacturer and self-aligning roller thrust bearings.

The helical screw flowmeter is a high precision meter giving excellent reliability. It is mainly used for viscous fluids but will also perform well on low viscosity fluids. The basic range of meters are in aluminium or grey cast iron and stainless steel models are available. Flow rates range from 0.1 l/min to 7,500 l/min.
Suitable for wide ranges of viscosity these meters provide high accuracey measurement (+/-0.1%) for fuel and oil flows particularly for automotive and aviation test rig applications. |

Clinch studs are inserted through pre-pierced sheets into clinch dies. Initially the hole in the sheet is widened by the calibrating collar. After that, the clinch stud is precentred by means of the calibrating collar. Finally, the sheet material is forced into the annular groove and the Torx locking feature is pressed in. A very high loadcarrying capacity is achieved by means of the patented underhead geometry.
The reduction of production stages and of energy consumption results in considerable cost savings. An additional advantage is the possibility of processing several clinch studs in a single stage. |
