Our design department will define and create the custom gearbox most adapted to your needs. Our specialty is the production of technologically advanced gearing solutions for military, nuclear or highend mechatronic applications. We manufacture all key gearbox components (gears,
housings, shafts, flanges, planet carriers...) ourselves, utilizing the most precise and efficient equipment. Gear precision levels up to AGMA 14 requirements (DIN 4). We can employ the most advanced non-destructive inspection technologies (Nital tests, magnetoscopy, etc.) to provide full reports on any product we manufacture.

Drive systems for solar power systems: Due to their fixed south orientation, the solar irradiation angle of common solar systems is rather unfavourable in the mornings and the evenings: More than 35 % of the daily energy from solar power is lost.
To solve this problem, the solar module is automatically adjusted to the position of the sun in direction of both movement axes.

Drive systems for electrically driven lift-trucks of up to 6 tons lifting capacity are distributed under the name ZF-ERGOMAT. These systems include optimally matched components: traction motor (AC or DC), brake, drive wheel, frame plate, steering motor and steering sensors - in fact everything needed for driving, steering and braking.

The RD-E combines the high performance and extreme precision of the component type RV-E in a complete, easy to use package. By utilising the patented 2-stage cycloidal technology the RD-E can supply large torque, high-ratio and significant shock-load capabilities with extreme precision and excellent quality. The reducer also utilises a set of large, internal angular support bearings that provide large moment capacities and negate the need for external support devices - reducing design time and installation costs.

The ZF-Ecolift types RME 310 and 410 are designed for passenger and service elevators. The revolutionary design for use in rope elevators, has distinct advantages over previously used gearboxes. Instead of using a worm gear, ZF-Ecolift benefits from the inherent advantages of two-stage planetary gears to transmit motor power to the sheaf.
ZF-Ecolift fulfils the technical regulation for elevators (TRA 200) TRA 220-229 and the European elevator standard DIN EN 81. ZF-Ecolift is suitable for motor speeds of 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm (standard speed) and 3000 rpm. In frequency inverter applications, speed can be increased or decreased referencing the standard speed. This makes using multiple sheaf sizes to achieve different speeds obsolete. Optimized gear tooth shape ensures long-lasting, wear-resistant performance. The new HFUC Series component sets are a result of the continuous development of Harmonic Drive precision reduction gearing. In comparison with standard gears, the new HFUC series features a shortened Flexspline, which results in an important reduction of the axial length. The high performance IH tooth profile provides significantly increased torque capacity compared to gears incorporating the traditional involute gear tooth profile.
