Drive-in racking is also called corridor-type racking, composite structure, specialized high-intensity drive-in brackets, high-strength drive-in beam, frames are connected to top beams by bolts&nuts. The depth of the single side drive-in racking which is against the wall should not be more than 6 pallet locations, and that of double side drive-in should be less than 12 pallet positions so as to ensure the loading efficiency of forklifts and stability of racking. It's best to make drive-in lower than H11000mm because of its not so good stability which is the weakest compared with other racking system. The drive-in racking should be equipped with back, top cross beams, etc. to stabilize the racks. This type of racking is densely arrayed, making full use of storage space; both "first in first out" and "first in late out" are available, suitable for storing few types of goods with large quantity. Widely used in milk, drink industry, and also be welcome by cold storage.

Drive-in racking is ideal for homogeneous products with low levels of turnover and a high number of pallets per article type. This system offers the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.
Advantages:
- Maximum use of available space (85%).
- Elimination of aisles between the racking.
- Rigorous entrance and exit control.
- Drive-in racking can generally accommodate as many article types as there are loading aisles.
Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
Drive-in racking can also be used in construction of clad-rack buildings whose most striking feature is that they do not require the existence of a building prior to construction.

Dynamic Simulation of Valvetrain
The cam lobe profiles are pre-specified to meet the performance and durability development targets. The dynamic behaviour of the valve train is verified using sophisticated analysis methods and tools available in the AVL TYCON software package. The valve train is optimised for low weight, friction and wear, yet meeting the durability target and considering the production capability and material properties.
The entire valve train including the camshaft drive (chain,belt or gears) is optimised to avoid excessive vibrations and dynamic forces in the system, which lead to premature failure and excessive noise. The analysis is validated by advanced measurement techniques capturing the dynamics of valve train components supports.

The range of our products extends from a single blanking and forming presses to a fully automated line with material feeding and die change by moving bolster up to complete stamping plant planning and design for optimized and uninterrupted material flow. These lines are most suitable for the production of smaller to medium-sized lot sizes and achieve very high production rates.
