WHEEL DRIVES
Compact planetary wheel drives, designed for a wide range of self propelled vehicles with hydraulic transmission and individually motorised wheel drives.
They allow design engineers to simplify the project of mobile equipment, improving the price / performance ratio. The wide range of ratios available makes it possible to adapt the reduction unit to the most suitable hydraulic transmission. A manual release is provided, to disconnect the reduction unit from the motor for emergency towing. The versatility of this range of Brevini products is assured by a wide choice of braking systems (drum brakes, negative acting multiple disc, failsafe parking brake).
TRACK DRIVES
Compact planetary track drive units designed for use on tracked vehicles. This range of gearboxes has high strength structure, short overall length, very high radial and axial load capability. All the gearboxes are provided with integral multidisc failsafe brake and allow the direct mounting of hydraulic motors at the gearbox input.Due to the high torque rating and the quality of the materials, these units are the best solution in heavy duty applications.

Set the vehicle immobility to perform loading or unloading operations.
After locking the wedge on the wheel, the key is freleased after pushing on the bar and can be transferred to another lock like a barrier or a safety curtain, a dock leveler, a valve, a pump...), thus ensuring that the driver is unable to leave the dock until the operation is finished.
To remove the truck shoe, trapped the key and pull the bar.
Two rollers allow easy placement and removal of the wedge.
A STOP sign is included with the wedge to inform the driver that it is in place.

The motorized Filter Wheel 40 permits automatical changing of 4 or 6 filters. Unmounted filters ø 25 mm/1", or optics in ø 25 mm mounts can be used.
The FRM 40 filter wheel can be mounted on a SYS 40 slide. Using adapter plate ADP-S65-S40-20 it can be fitted to a SYS 65 slide.
In terms of drive, a 2-phase step motor as well as a DC servo motor version is available. As a standard, a contactless Hall-effect limit switch is integrated.
