This series of gear reducers with attached or integrated thrust bearing can be supplied in a helical or bevel helical gear arrangement. Quiet operation and strong design are key features. Horizontal or vertical mounting position, splash lubrication and cooling coil or injection lubrication are possible options. The modular design of the POSIREX is based on the POSIRED 2 range, plus a selection of available thrust-bearing parts.

New range of ultra-compact planetary and bevel helical gearboxes for industrial applications.
These new gear reducers, which are protected by a specific patent, feature a combination of planetary and helical/bevel helical gears that takes advantage of the strengths of each technology: compact size, reliability and easy maintenance.
This new series of lighter, more compact gear reducers surpass traditional solutions for planetary and bevel helical gear reducers and also ensure shorter production times and lower production costs.
The design of these ultra-compact gear units is based upon precise analyses using FEM (Finite Elements Method) techniques applied to 3D models, which means that performance, in terms of duration and silence, was optimized already in the virtual prototype phase.
Advanced engineering techniques, long experience and the use of high quality parts from Brevini Riduttori and PIV Drives led to the creation of a product that ensures high performance over time, a fact that has been confirmed by tests that simulate real operating conditions.

Flexible Shaft Machines supply new-found freedoms: By seperating the motor from the tool with a shaft, it is no longer necessary to bring a bulky tool to your workpiece. Instead, the motor can rest on the floor or hang from a nearby hook. As a result, it is no longer necessary to support the weight of the power tool while grinding. The handpieces are extremely small, and can reach into areas that are simply not accessible by any hand-held straight grinder. By placing the power source away from the application and out of view, users experience freedom from heat, noise and vibration from the power source.
Industrial flexible shaft tools are offered in several styles, from a small 500 watt machine with 120 volt right up to our high end Mammoth machine, which is 3-phase, 480 volt, 1 horsepower.

The new and innovative range of helical and bevel-helical units combines the most advanced design concepts and performances in full compliance with international standards (ISO, DIN, AGMA, etc.) for calculating gear geometry. We have focused our attention on researching the simplest and most standardised design and production methods with the aim of making production even faster and delivery times even shorter.
The high power to weight ratio of all units, combined with low volume, enables perfect installation in the most critical situations. One of main features of this range of gear units is the great versatility of applications and mounting, in terms of both position and fixing on site.
New concepts have been used to improve the noise level in a consistent way, by grinding all gears sets, both the helical and the Gleason spiral bevel type gears.
Because of higher capacity, particular consideration has been given to efficiency and housing surface area to guarantee a convenient heat dissipation in most cases.

The FHA-C series digital AC hollow-shaft servo actuator, combining precision Harmonic Drive gearing with highly dynamic AC servo motors, offer unique features unsurpassed by conventionally geared drives. Used in highly demanding industrial servo systems they provide precision motion control and high torque capacity in a very compact package. A HIPERFACE® or Siemens compatible encoder with sinusoidal output signals provides feedback information for the FHA Series Actuator with Sine/Cosine Encoder. The actuator is compatible with a wide variety of currently available digital servo drives for Sin/Cos motor feedback systems, e.g. Simodrive 611D/611U, SIMOVERT-MASTERDRIVES or NUM MDLU. Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a line of standard and custom over-the-shaft rotary unions.
The rotary union shown is constructed from carbon steel and utilizes a precision ground shaft, radial ball bearings and Teflon seals. This is a two passage rotary union with .25" NPT passages with a four inch bore through the shaft. This union was designed specifically for a high pressure hydraulic indexing application.
Our standard over-the-shaft line of rotary unions can be viewed on our website by clicking on the 011 series. Our standard unions are offered in two and four passages with a .5", 1.5” or 2.0” bore through the shaft. The bore through the shaft is independent from the union. Some customers will pass a shaft or electrical wires through this bore.
