INA slewing rings are known worldwide as premium products in the field of rolling bearing technology. These machine elements have proved themselves many times over, have high load carrying capacity, a versatile range of applications and are highly cost-effective. Due to their design, a single bearing can reliably support radial, axial and tilting moment loads. It is therefore possible in many cases to replace bearing arrangements comprising a combination of radial and axial bearings by a single bearing. This reduces, in some cases considerably, the costs and work required in the design of the adjacent construction and the fitting of bearings.
Slewing rings are sealed on both sides, lubricated with a high quality grease, can be relubricated via lubrication nipples and are particularly easy to fit. The bearing rings are supplied without gear teeth or, in order to achieve simple drive solutions, are available with external or internal gear teeth.

The focus of IMO Energy is on renewable energies - IMO Energy is one of the leading suppliers for Blade and Yaw Bearings in diameters up to 5,200 mm for wind turbines. Furthermore, Slewing Rings of IMO Energy are used as main bearings for gear- and shaftless wind turbines. For a tidal stream system an IMO bearing adjusts the blades in 20m waterdepth.

large slewing ring pre-loaded for robotics and for applications where high stiffness and accuracy are requested

Our Antifriction Bearings comprise four race rings, balls, a ball cage and, on request, an enclosed construction.
Franke Antifriction Bearings are based on a patented principle: the four race rings fit their raceway thanks to a specially developed grinding procedure – exactly adjusted to the ball diameter. Therefore, the rolling process does not occur directly between the rolling elements and enclosed construction, but rather smoothly on the four open race rings.
This special construction principle produces an extremely compact bearing, which also suits very small spaces. Another plus: the low friction and high load capacity of our Antifriction Bearings reduce energy consumption.

Our slewing bearings are most widely used in various kinds of construction machineries, such as tower cranes, excavators, mobile cranes, other types of cranes, piling machines, and truck-mounted concrete pumps, etc. With the fast development of Chinese economy, national key projects are being started one after another and basic infrastructure projects are being implemented in ever more cities and townships. During this development process, more construction machineries will be needed, and so will be our products all around China.

Slewing Rings is a kind of large size bearing. It can endure integrated load, and also can accommodate heavy radial load, axial load and incline moment of force. It is generally made up of mounting bore, inne gear or outer gear, lubrication bore and seal device. There are so many good character.Such as compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, steady rotation, high precision and safety etc. This bearing is widely used in the fields of engineering, metallurgy, mines petroleum, chemical industry ,light industry, aviation, ports, shipping, war industry, instrument and meters, etc.inner bore size ranges from 500mm to 4500mm.

RSM specialize in the manufacture of medium to large size slewing rings with a minimum 200mm bore up to 8,000 mm diameter as monobloc systems and segmental bearings up to 10,000 mm in diameter. We manufacture a full range of slewing bearings that cater for a variety of industrial, mining & materials handling applications.
RSM collaborates with a French company by the name of ATHOS in the production of all our slewing rings and while ATHOS is a relatively young company it certainly comes with a lot of experience and superfluous credentials. ATHOS is run by Pierre Bonhomme, a man that has been in the slewing bearing business since 1974. In his 35 years of experience he has run both ROLLIX DEFONTAINE & BRB TECHNOLOGIES.
ATHOS was pivotal in the successful selection of our manufacturing plant and oversees all technical aspects of production and quality control. RSM has worked and continues to work closely with ATHOS on all of the above aspects but our primary role is to deal with the commercial complexities of running the business including marketing our bearings and dealing with existing and prospective clients on a day to day basis. Together with ATHOS, RSM is able to ensure our clients receive professional service and a first class product at very competitive prices.
We have found a niche in supplying clients with bearings that are currently being offered with unmanageable lead times or at overinflated prices by your top brands, you will find RSM is a more than suitable replacement for your premium brand bearings such as Rothe Erde; Rollix; IMO; SKF; FAG; TIMKEN; NSK etc...
