LINEAR MANIPULATORS of the series H-T are flat conjugate double cam mechanisms that transform the uniform rotary motion into a two-way linear indexing motion typical of pick and place movements. They are manufactured in three different sizes H65T, H80T, H105T and in two special long traverse versions H80TL and H105TL.
With the standard LINEAR MANIPULATORS it is possible to perform traverses up to 480 (mm) in a longitudinal direction and up to 120 (mm) in a transverse direction, reach a velocity of 60 (cycles/min.) and transport pieces up to 30 (kg).

The MAN family manipulators, featuring a single cam globoidal and flat combined, can turn uniform rotating motion into an appropriate and ordered series of movements, linear intermittent and rotating intermittent (indexing version) or oscillating intermittent (oscillating version) of the output shaft on which are installed gripper device.
The manipulators are characterised by: accuracy, speed and smoothness of the movements, low vibration, silent operation, simple construction, compactedness, oil-bath lubrication of internal components, easy installation and ample diversification of the output shaft movement cycles.
These features grant reliability and flexibility of use in applications that include machine loading-unloading, handling in assembly operations and transfer to conveyor belts.
They are available in five frame size: MAN10-20-30-40-50 with 45-65-85-110-165 (mm) max. linear stroke and angular rotation up to 180°.

Mechanical rotary and linear manipulators are suitable for moving and positioning of pieces at high speed. Construction with positive movement, where masses are controlled in acceleration and deceleration, allows uniform transfer, without shocks and vibrations, up to 120 cycles/min. Linear manipulator horizontal stroke can be adjusted from 75 to 200 mm., while vertical stroke can be adjusted from 30 to 75 mm.
Rotary manipulator standard angular displacement can be of 30°
- 60° - 90° - 120° - 180°, and vertical stroke range from 40 to 180 mm.
On request, Autorotor can also supply motor drives for its products.
This material (reduction units, self-braking motors or dynamic brake motors,
brake-clutch units, converters, etc.) is not manufactured by Autorotor,
but supplied by very well-known trade marks.

The SB300 S is a truck-mounted kit, normally fixed to the chassis frame. It can also be engineered for a demountable application. This model is suitable for commercial and military uses.
The truck can be a 6x4 or an 8x4 axle model to support the container weight. The hydraulic system of the truck-mount is PTO /pump driven.
This kit comes with an internationally approved radio remote control, and can also be supplied as a cable remote with a 10m cable.
The SB300 series can also handle transfers to other vehicles.

Balance rotating machinery with eZ-Balance and the 600 Series or ZonicBook/618E. The combination of the 600 Series or ZonicBook/618E with eZ-Balance provides a powerful system for multi-plane (up to 7 planes) balancing applications. eZ-Balance computes the optimal balance weights and their locations, based on vibration data collected from the 600 Series or ZonicBook/618E. The data is displayed in a convenient Polar plot that indicates the magnitude and phase of the unbalance as well as time and spectrum data.
