The UtiliTrak® linear guide utilizes Bishop-Wisecarver’s signature DualVee Motion Technology™, proven highly reliable in the most challenging of operating environments. Its resistance to contamination in the bearing contact region is unsurpassed by other antifriction technologies, particularly those that employ recirculating elements at the channel/carriage interface. UtiliTrak is easy to install and maintain, and has the lowest installed cost in its class.

SW Series features steel guide wheels running on a hardened bearing steel channel for larger loads and smooth operation. SW Series can accomodate loads up to 14,040N and speeds to 5.5m/s.
PW Series uses polymer guide wheels running on an anodized aluminum channel, which provides a more economical and lightweight choice for lighter duty applications where highly smooth operation is not as critical. PW Series can handle loads to 311N, and is quiet, corrosion and wear resistant.

Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide Systems are precision engineered for overall speed and accuracy. Achieving speeds up to 26.2 ft/sec ( 8m/s), Redi-Rail™ maintains a running parallelism within ±.001 inches (0.25mm) over the entire length of the rail up to 19 feet.
Redi-Rail™ linear rail systems are an excellent solution for a wide range of applications including: cut-off machines, packaging equipment, pick-and-place automation, and guard door slides. The drawer slides are designed for rugged duty such as: battery racks, tool shelves, ATM machines, and truck inventory systems.
This strong, lightweight and cost effective alternative uses a 6061-T6 extruded aluminum rail with hardened steel raceways, sealed double ball bearings, and customizable seals. SEB Series / SER Series
The NB SEB/SER Miniature Guide are engineered to be compact and light weight to ensure precise linear operation at high speeds. The SEB Slide Guide uses precision-machined steel balls as rolling elements promoting exceptionally low resistance with smooth, stable operation at low cost. Likewise, the SER Slide Guide uses precision-machined cylindrical rollers, ensuring high rigidity and high load capacity with low noise.
High Load Stability, Easy Installation and Maintenance
GL Series/SGL Series / SGW Series
The NB "high load" GL/SGL/SGW Slide Guide is designed to maintain stability under extremely high load conditions. The use of 4 ball circuits and arch ball groove design stabilitizes uneven multidirectional load factors and assures smooth continuous movement throughout the work cycle.
The GL/SGL/SGW bearing block incorporates a ball retainer, permitting the block to be easily removed from the rail. This allows for ease of maintenance and assembly of your machine. The "pre-seals" are designed specially for this Slide Guide, providing superior lubrication retention over long periods of operation.
An optional feature available is the Raydent. This treatment is applied to both block and rail which will provide for a highly dependable and proven anti-corrosion protection package. This feature is found to be idealistic in clean room applications.

YT Series single edge linear rails are made of high-quality carbon steels. They are easy to mount with flexible application.

IDS & ODS linear guide rails
YITONG IDS (Inlay Dual Shafts Guide System) & ODS (Outlay Dual Shafts Guide System) consists of sliding carriage and rails.
The rails include an aluminum body and two pieces high precision%uFE51hardened linear shafts that are inlaid into the aluminum body.
The sliding carriage is mounted with three pieces or more high quality LFR series track rollers, two rollers are fixed on the block, and others are all with eccentric functions.
IDS & ODS have a low coefficient of friction and good performance in high speed and high accelerations.
The guide rails and the carriage block are all drilled with mounting holes, easy for mounting.
IDS & ODS are easy to get a proper preload by adjusting the rollers with eccentric functions.
IDS & ODS have a long service life. Track rollers are available on stock for customers' replacement.
Custom drilled services on the rails are also available from YITONG.
