CURVILINE: ...the rail which goes “straight” to the solution!
ROLLON’s CURVILINE is the cost effective linear solution for applications with linear movement that isn’t always strictly linear. It is a custom solution made according to your application’s needs.
The system is composed of one or more sliders and a zinc-plated rail. The sliders have multiple radial ball bearings mounted to them providing the movement and carrying the load.
Two versions are available: one with a constant radius, and one with a variable radius which can be composed of both straight and curved sections.
Each version has its own specific slider which is designed to uniformly follow the rail without modification to its preload. All sliders have radial ball bearings which are lubricated for life and offer long life due to their hardened raceways.

compactnees, smooth movement, and ease of use. The “T + U” and “K + U” rail systems can be mounted on non-machine surfaces and can even compensate for mounting surface parallelism inconsistencies. IKO's [ML] contains a lubrication part inside the bearing called C-Sleeve which is made of a porous resin tubular sleeve and has a great number of communicating holes that can hold a large amount of lubricant. Thus as you stroke this linear guide, oil will be gradually released from the bearing and you do not have to lubricate the system from time to time. Good for all kinds of application where it is hard to lubricate or requires clean environment.

BALL BREARINGS LINEAR RAILS are made of RUNNER that moves in a fixed RAIL.
Designed for load capacity from some kg to 600 kg PER RUNNER, the common length of the rail is 3 meters. It can be 5 meters for some references. Should some applications need very great lengths, the rails can be prepared for an end to end mounting.
Linear rails is the optimum solution for protective or access DOORS applications (machine tools, vehicles, trains or subways) .

IKO Crossed Roller Way is a linear motion rolling guide in which a roller cage is incorporated between two ways with V-shaped raceways. As the cylindrical rollers are alternately crossed, Crossed Roller Way can receive loads in any direction and can achieve very smooth linear motion with very high accuracy. Wide variations in size are available for selections suitable for each application.
