A rotating connector below the handle makes the user’s movements easier, it protects the powder hose from pinching, the couplings are precise and fatigue is reduced. This special device allows a quick release for any maintenance operation.
MACH-JET is a very user-friendly control module that is very easy to work-with. The control setup permits work to be conducted immediately with the use of preset operator programs. The operator can adjust these preset programs if desired.
The whole module is integrated on the front part of the cart. It is mounted on an inclined plane so that the operator can have easy access to the readout.

Their efficient design and reliable performance make the W&B handguns series ideal for manually dispensing of all kinds of thermoplastic materials. Typical applications include packaging, hand case sealing, wood work, palletizing, and product assembly. Sterile spray guns and counterpart of series DBG-CSP have double shutoff feature and are suited for one-hand operation. Their design prevents liquids from spilling and air from entering the line system when the connection is separated or made.
The GMP compliant design of the guns' interior enables all requirements linked with inline sterilization to be satisfied. Since the fluids are washing around all inner components product deposits are reliably removed. All components in contact with product have hand- and electropolished surfaces with peak-to-valley height of 0.8 mm. The inner contour without dead spaces creates optimum flow conditions so that maximum throughput can be achieved at low pressure drops. The spray guns can be easily plugged into the system even if pressure acts on both ends.
