The PILOT Maxi offers the finest of painting results by means of high-precision air cup technology. Due to uniform, pulsation-free material transfer from the pressure tank to the gun, a first class spray pattern is achieved as well as a high working speed.
A large selection of nozzle sizes: 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.5 mm ø. All parts in contact with material are made of stainless steel; water-based paints can be applied without problems.
The gun can also be supplied as an HVLP or medium pressure model version for high application efficiency and material saving.
The gun body is coated with TEFLON® for easy cleaning. Net weight only 440g.
Paint pressure tanks made of galvanised steel or stainless steel are available in many sizes (1 litre - 250 litres). If necessary, the tanks can be fitted with air-powered or electric agitators. Both technologies offer significant advantages. SATA HVLP spray guns are distinguished by high transfer efficiency that save large quantities of expensive paint material. SATA RP (reduced pressure) spray guns feature optimized high pressure. Their transfer efficiency is only slightly lower than SATA HVLP spray guns and they provide an easy change from conventional high-pressure spray guns to more efficient spray guns. They conform to VOC legislation as well as convey the "high pressure feeling" to the painter.

The applicator Auto-Mach-Jet easily applies all types of powders on all types of parts. Combine it with the new CRN 457 controller, and the package will allow you to better handle your coating parameters, and provide you with one of the best transfer efficiencies available on the market place.
Because of its design, Auto-Mach-Jet can easily and quickly be cleaned, using minimal compressed air to blow it clean, which allows for faster color changes, and an enhanced production throughput.
The electric and pneumatic controls are integral with the CRN 457 controller, which makes the system compact.

Multispray
The Multispray are electrostatic robotic atomizers meant exclusively for solvent paints.
They combine, in a unique feature, the possibility to spray with a gun or with a bell,from the same common base, the spray heads being quickly interchanged to turn into the type of applicator desired.
This most versatile tool, born from the famous SAMES PPH paint applicator series, is made of a main body (or manifold), which incorporates the air and fluid supplies and the HV cascade. It is outfitted with a quick-disconnect feature which permits a quasi instantaneous tool change and go to (or from) a bell (Multispray 607), or a single headgun (Multispray 501 or 701), or a twin gun (Multispray 502 or 702) in a matter of seconds.
The Multispray system will allow its user to validate an all electrostatic solution including dusting by bells, in order to reduce paint usage.
