Our wide range of standard products is flanked by a comprehensive design and supply service made-to-measure according to the specific structural and logistical requirements of our clients.
KOPRON® special industrial sheds are installed for the same purposes for which all of our standard industrial sheds are installed, but their design is determined by the particular circumstances existing where these are to be built: long and narrow spaces, irregularly shaped areas, protection of process tanks, movable covering for machinery, silos, pre-chambers for the disposal of solid urban wastes, etc.
These applications are studied and designed to make the installation of the covering as effective and convenient as possible to make a significant contribution in optimizing the final output of the facility or process protected with our covering or even in exploiting areas that would otherwise be impossible to handle with any other system.
|
|
By definition, KOPRON®'s independent industrial sheds are built without any physical connections to existing buildings in areas located in production or commercial premises.
These industrial sheds have the two sides and roof covered with tarpaulin while the front and rear ends are left open to allow transit in both directions. In any case the two ends can be closed with sturdy sliding curtains. These sheds are recommended in particular for the storage of goods that would otherwise take up precious space in production or sales facilities.

Hall Effect Devices detect magnetic flux density (mainly produced by a permanent magnet) and are used in both movement and position sensing. By integrating the sensing element onto the same silicon as its control logic and interface circuitry, Melexis has produced sensor chips with various degrees of intelligence to suit most applications. Sensing the rotation of shafts (e.g. cam- and crank-shaft) in engine, monitoring movement in motors and actuators, sensing pedal, throttle and steering wheel position, Melexis Hall Devices offer a reliable, contactless method of movement and position detection.
Melexis is a technological leader for the design, development and testing of integrated Hall Effect Devices. Melexis Hall Effect Devices enable an optimal use of the smaller feature sizes of which semiconductor technology is capable today. Therefore, very sophisticated mixed analog-digital signal conditioning circuitry (such as Chopped Analog String, Digital Signal Processing Core, Microcontroller) can be integrated. Most of the devices can withstand the severe automotive conditions despite few external components.

Description:
These Hall-effect devices contain a monolithic integrated circuit which incorporates a Hall element, a linear amplifier, a threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single Hallogic® silicon chip. Included on-chip is a band gap voltage regulator to allow operation with a wide range of supply voltages. These devices feature logic level output and provide up to 21 mA of sink current. This allows direct driving of more than 7 TTL loads or any standard logic family using power supplies ranging from 4.5 to 24 volts. Output amplitude is constant at switching frequencies from DC to over 200 kHz. The Uni-Polar turns on with a (logic level “0”) after a sufficient magnetic field from the south pole of a magnet approached the symbolized face of the device (Operating Point) and turns off (logic level “1”) after the magnetic field reached a minimum value. The Bi-Polar latch device turns on (logic level “0”) in the presence of a magnetic south pole and turn off (logic level “1”) when subjected to a magnetic north pole. Both magnetic poles are necessary for operation for Bi-Polar devices. This feature makes these sensors ideal for applications in noncontact switching operations, brushless DC motors and for use with multiple pole magnets.
Features:
- Designed for non-contact switching operations
- Operates over broad range of supply voltages (4.5 V to 24 V)
- Operates with excellent temperature stability in harsh environments
- Drive capability up to 7 TTL loads

All the electronic sensors work on a non-contacting basis using magnets - this includes Hall and magnetoresistive sensors. The exceptions are the gear-wheel sensors which use a ferrous gear-wheel. The advantage of magnetoresistive sensors is that the same sensor, a standard small model, can be used for different operational distances. The operational distances which can be achieved depend only on the strength of the magnet used. All the models can also be delivered with non-wearing Hall sensors. Besides the various standard models, we also manufacture customised housings to your requirements.

Non-contact magnetic sensor proximity switch produces a digital output. The output produced by Hall-Effect Proximity Switch sensor switches between logic low (operate point) and logic high (release point) with presence and absence of a magnet as a target. The difference between the magnetic operate and release points is called the hysteresis of the device. The built-in hysteresis circuitry allows clean switching of the output even in the presence of external mechanical vibration and electrical noise.

GVS series Gear tooth sensor provides speed sensing capabilities using an integrated Hall-effect sensor in conjunction with a permanent magnet which supplies a bias field, this ready-to use pick-up directly senses rotating ferrous gear and other similar gear type target. GVS speed sensor is a non-contact, solid state ferrous detecting device with a switched output. Its unique design provides a low cost solution for a wide range of speed sensing applications, especially those requiring true zero speed performance. This device utilizes a Hall Effect sensor that is internally biased with a permanent magnet and detects the interaction from an external ferrous target. Unlike earlier Hall based products, this device automatically detects changes in target position or symmetry to compensates for these changes. This specialized feature eliminates the need to externally calibrate or mechanically adjust each sensor for optimum performance. In addition, electronic hysteresis built into the device eliminates false triggering due to mechanical backlash and vibration.

AI-Tek has taken its years of experience of designing and manufacturing Hall Effect sensors for engine timing applications and has developed a line of durable products for industrial use.
With multiple standard variations we offer the widest range of standard catalog sensors to meet your various design needs. The design is flexible to easily meet all of your application requirements.
The Hall Effect sensor can sense each change in target movement, regardless of speed, from near zero to 15 kHz frequency range, generating a steady pulse train of frequency proportional to target speed. Typically, each time a gear tooth (or any ferrous discontinuity) passes in front of the sensor the output changes state. This type of sensor is known as a "P" type because it uses N-P-N transistor logic (as opposed to "N" type, which uses P-N-P transistor logic).
Key features to note are:
- Reverse voltage protection, up to -30 Vdc, to prevent damage if miswired
- Higher temperature range of -40°C to +125°C
- Wide range of supply voltage in single design of 4.5 - 24 Vdc
- Two output options of Supply Tracking or TTL Compatible
- Rugged design meeting IEC 77 Standards (European Railroad Applications)

The 907 XP (explosion-proof) Hall-effect sensor produces a digital pulse signal for use with speed switches, tachometers, counters, signal conditioners, or can be used as a direct pulse generator.
As a pulser disc or split collar wrap (mounted on the monitored shaft) rotates, the target magnets pass in front of the sensor. The Hall-effect sensor switches high and low as it is exposed to the alternating polarity of the magnets on the disc or wrap, producing a digital pulse output.
The recommended gap distance between the sensor and pulse generator is 1/4 inch +/- 1/8 inch. The gap flexibility makes the sensors tolerant of vibration, slight shaft run-out, minor misalignment, and other industrial elements. The 907 XP sensors are used in applications requiring explosion-proof ratings, or in applications where the sensor may be subject to abuse.
The sensors can be mounted up to 1500 feet from the control unit - speed switch, tachometer, etc. They are powered by 5-25 Vdc and provide an NPN Open Collector output. The 907 XP sensor has an XLB-3 enclosure which is C.S.A. approved and UL rated for Class I Group D; Class II Group E, F, G; Class III. It has a 1-inch NPT conduit opening, and is provided with a mounting bracket.
