Hand pallet trucks are used to raise and transport pallets manually. The trucks are used in industrial applications and require a flat surface for proper operation. The forks, supported by the front wheels, are manually raised using a hydraulic system. The rear steering wheels are connected to a handle.
Such trucks can be used in most industrial settings, though load capacity is limited loads due to the manual operation.
The front wheels beneath the forks support them as they lift pallets from the ground. Pumping the handle vertically gradually raises the forks. The handle is used to steer the truck via the rear wheels.
Choice will depend on load weight. Pallet trucks need smooth or flat surfaces for optimal operation.
