Sandvik Coromant’s new GC1125 grade lives up to the demands of the leading parting and grooving tooling system, CoroCut® 1-2 edge and is now the first choice to achieve improved performance in parting, grooving, turning and profiling operations in a wide geometry range.
The optimization of properties for this grade delivers a wider application area and the capacity to handle improved cutting data. GC1125 has a good all round ability and provides the means to improve performance in a wide geometry range across many parting, grooving, turning and profiling operations. It is the first choice for application in steel and stainless steels and excels when machining cast iron and HRSA materials.
These advantages result from a technological breakthrough in coating and substrate technology. The combination improves wear resistance and security, either when running at higher cutting speeds or for a longer time in cut. The coating is new, PVD with TiAIN layers, including properties designed for the GC1125’s wide application area. New, fine grained substrate optimised for steels and stainless steels has improved hardness and supports increases in cutting data.
GC1125 is a simpler option, enabling machine shops to do more with one grade. Its wide geometry range offers improved performance to a larger number of machining operations.
In parting, it is optimised for steels, stainless steels and HRSA materials, a first choice in CF and CR geometries. CF is the low feed choice, giving excellent chip control and surface finish, CR the strong geometry for parting off bars and interrupted cuts at high feeds. |
|
Sandvik Coromant is now extending its premium program of cutting tools for parting and grooving which will, no doubt, have great influence on machining productivity.
CoroCut 3 brings a third cutting edge to the shallow parting of tubes, bars and grooving operations. The extremely small parting widths in 2,0, 1,5 and 1,0 mm facilitates will reduce the raw material usage considerably.
The insert is held securely by a unique clamping solution ensuring accurate location and easy to use. This in combination with very tight indexing tolerances will produce workpieces with very close length tolerances.
Two dedicated insert geometries ensure peak performance and excellent surface finish in all workpiece materials. The very same holder can be used for all insert widths giving maximum versatility. |

An ideal tool for metal work hobbyists, DIY enthusiasts, reparation shops, demolition projects operators, metal scrap yards, street rod chassis builders, machinery works, and others who care about either of the 3 strengths of an oxy-gasoline torch: portability, fuel cost economic, and fuel availability.
oPetrol oxy-gasoline cutting torch is the progress and development in welding and cutting technology. Safety and reliability are the most outstanding advantages of substituting acetylene with gasoline. Gasoline is not only safer in its storage and transportation; it is also better in oxidization during the cutting operation. There is no back flash. The cutting fuel cost is obviously lower than acetylene. Gasoline is easy to use and available everywhere. Gasoline supply is assured. This achievement is in a leading position among technologies of its category. |

Cutting mills are particularly well suited for comminution of soft to medium-hard, fibrous or tough materials (including plastics). They are frequently also used in the preparation of heterogeneous substance mixtures. In this type of mill, samples are comminuted through cutting and shearing. The fineness is determined by a sieve insert. In cutting mills, it should be possible to remove the grinding parts with minimal or no use of tools so that cleaning can be performed quickly and efficiently.
For control of the wearing and abrasion, hard metal tungsten carbide can also be used as the grinding tool material in place of various steels. The cutting mill combination and the power cutting mill are particularly well suited for coarse comminution (e.g. environmental work) |

Ortobreton 4EM
Four-column block saw "ORTOBRETON Mod. 4EM" for marble
The block saw holds blades with diameter up to 1.700 mm.
The movement of both the spindle-holding Carnage <3 na the beam are in an oil bath, always precise, rapid and well protected.
Once the beam has reached the correct position, it is blocked laterally on
the bridges by means of a double oil-pressure device.
The two bridges move on sliding blocks with play adjustment along the
guides, which are housed inside the columns, well protected by labyrinth seals.
The spindle-holding carriage is moved horizontally by an electric motor controlled by an inverter.
The 550 mm 0 horizontal blade spindle is mounted vertically on one side of the carriage and it can be adjusted in height by a rack and pinion assembly powered by a reducer with inverter-controlledA/Cmotor.
The unit is equipped with a mechanism for the automatic compass movement of the blade.
The rectified and dynamically balanced spindle shaft guarantees an exceptional precise rotation.
