Now in its fourth generation, the Loom Laser series Thread-Break Detection system uses cutting-edge laser and microprocessor technology to provide protection from thread breaks in any weaving environment.
Thread breaks are detected when the CPU senses small changes in the light received by the photocell (receiver). The system is programmed to differentiate between actual thread breaks and false signals generated, for example, when a dust particle or an insect passes through the beam.
Lasers can be strategically placed at critical points-the whiproll, back shed, front shed, or on the lay-to give complete thread-break coverage.
The advanced capabilities of the LL-2000 Loom Laser can detect threads as small as 30 microns on looms operating between 120 and 600 rpm. At the same time, the system is immune to changes in ambient light, and can withstand vibrations up to 14mm in amplitude at the surface of the receiver sensor.

The OBR 4400 takes the industry's first ultra-high resolution OTDR with backscatter-level sensitivity designed for component- and module-level reflectometry to the next level. With a small, easily transportable platform, the capability to "see" reflections out to 2 kilometers with no dead zone, and integrated temperature and strain sensing, the OBR 4400 gives you the ultimate in fiber diagnostics. The OBR 4400 uses swept-wavelength coherent interferometry to measure minute reflections (< 0.0003 parts per billion) in an optical system as a function of length with spatial resolution less than 50 microns. This provides the user with precision reflectometry and unprecedented optical-module inspection and diagnostic capabilities by providing the ability to locate and troubleshoot splices, connectors, fiber bends and breaks, insertion loss points, track polarization, verify PM components and more.
|
|
Up to 24 channels of Return Loss Measurement. The high resolution reflectometer measures Return Loss from 10dB to 72dB.
The OP930 supports a CW source mode. For the Return Loss measurement the laser sources are pulsed in the nanosecond region. For certain measurements a continuous modulated (CW) light signal is a required.

Checker is a totally new, ultra high-speed feature checker. It is ideal for checking that all the components are present on an assembly. Checker is a great tool for solving many manufacturing problems that previously were difficult or impossible to solve with single photo sensors, multiple photo sensors or other similar devices.Checker compact design provides illumination, optics, sensor, processor, memory and I/O, all fully integrated in a single industrial-grade package about the size of a cell phone. Checker is so simple to use that even first time users will have it up and running in a matter of minutes. With Checker, manufacturers are able to easily and cost effectively inspect multiple features on 100% of their products at each stage of production. Because Checker can analyse over 400 images per second, it can keep up with even the fastest manufacturing processes.

With the FA 45 vision sensor for colour detection, SensoPart presents the first intelligent automation solution which combines many years experience in standard sensor technology with modern – and above all powerful – image processing technology. For the first time, industrial users can solve demanding applications without knowledge of image processing technology, using only familiar sensor technology.
The advantages are as varied as they are simple:
· “Plug and Play“ without experience in image processing
· Miniaturisation of dimensions with integrated intelligence
· Reliability in the harshest ambient conditions
· And all that at an unbeatable price ...
Applications include:
· Detection of coloured objects (components, inscriptions etc.)
· Detection of active (i.e. luminous) components such as LEDs or displays (for intensity and colour)
· Detection of “non-colours“ such as white, grey, black which is important e.g. with cable core colours for connector pin assignment.
Precise application examples
· Detection of colour markings in quality assurance
· Checking colour inscriptions
· Presence of coloured components
· Detection of LCD displays, screens, LED colours and intensity
· Detection of colours for cables, cable harnesses and connectors (correct pin assignment)
· Detection of degree of browning on food, e.g. with baked products
FA 45 branch applications include:
· Automotive and supply industry
· Special-purpose machine construction
· Machine and plant engineering
· Food and beverage industry
· Logistics and packaging industry
· Pharmaceutical industry
· Metal processing industry
· Electrical and electronics industry

The simple, powerful vision sensors from Cognex.
The Checker® vision sensor is an award winning all-in-one vision sensor with built in lighting and a variable working distance, capable of inspecting over 6,000 parts per minute - all in a package small enough to fit into the tightest of spaces.
Detects a part by finding an actual part feature. This provides extremely reliable part detection unattainable with photoelectric sensors.
Inspects features that other sensors cannot. Checker actually understands what your part looks like.
Inspects unlimited multiple part features simultaneously with a single Checker.
Overcomes varying part positions. Parts on a line typically vary in position, and Checker tracks all of them without requiring precise part handling.

Damped oscillatory waves are phenomena associated with the opening and closing of High Voltage (HV) busbars in power transmission stations and High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulses (HEMP).
The IEC61000-4-18 standard extends to existing 100kHz and 1MHz frencies with additional fast damped oscillatory waves at frequencies of 3MHz, 10MHz and 30MHz.
EMC PARTNER designed the MIG-OS-OM-EXT to add fast oscillatory wave capability to existing EMC PARTNER generators.
MIG-OS-OS1 and MIG0603OSI generators deliver 100kHz and 1MHz slow damped oscillatory waves that were specified in the IEC61000-4-12 Ed1 standard.
For power applications, the equipment to be tested is generally connected to 3-Phase power lines. CDN3000A-06-25 enables coupling of both fast and slow oscillatory waves.
HEMP applications require capacitive coupling. CN-EFT1000 enables coupling into unshielded wires.

Testing of Electricity Metering equipment, takes many different forms. Apart from accuracy and stability, meters must also be tested against interference conducted on the elctricity cables. This can be in the form of impulses generated by lightning events, switching action in the mains network or insulation breakdown. EMC PARTNER specializes in designing test equipment to meet the international standards for impulse testing of energy meters. IEC61036 and IEC62052 are typical standards for class 1 and 2 metering equipment.
EMC PARTNER testers are compact systems with several impulse types in one unit. The necessary personnel protection is provided by safety interlocked test cabinets.

The model DM50 is designed to measure distances between two points in a simple, fast and efficient way thanks to the integrated laser pointer and small size which make it a completely portable tool for use in every situation and in any application (buildings, electricity sector , hobbies, etc...) where it may be necessary to perform a measure of linear length. The tool also allows you to perform calculations of areas and volumes and the indirect measure of heights by using the principle of mathematical theorem of Pythagoras. A practical side button enables the activation of measures quickly with the help of a small bubble level air for a perfect alignment of objects in the test. The management of simple operations with the internal memory (sums and subtractions) and a backlight display complete the features available for the instrument
