High Production, In-Line Hardening system:
Our Horizontal Scan-Hardening Machine is a system for surface hardening of cylindrical components end to end in a continuous feed for high volume production operations. This system can be integrated with many of our solid state high frequency power supplies for either short or long run production. It can also be incorporated into cellular arrangements for intermittent hardening of shock absorber shafts, water pump shafts, heavy duty sewing and knitting needles and many other shaft like parts.

Compact Production Hardening System
The STATISCAN® IV can be configured as a two or four spindle vertical-scanner or high production lift/rotate machine for hardening and tempering a wide variety of parts.
Self-Contained Design With Heat Station/Power Supply
The STATISCAN® IV system features a built-in transistorized solid state power supply with heat station, programmable scanner, control and quench recirculating system. This unitized construction reduces floor space 50-80% compared to conventional systems.

The RatioMatic is a nozzle-mix burner designed for direct air heating, indirect air heating and oven applications up to 1800° F. (1000° C.)
The burner package includes a combustion air blower and an air:gas ratio regulator to allow firing over a wide gas turndown range at a controlled ratio.
This burner is available with the Eclipse HeatPak packaged valve train - flame safety option.

Eclipse Air Heat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating large volumes of clean, hot air. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.
The "AH" models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the back of the burner’s steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner.

The newly developed microwave system, VHM HEPHAISTOS, is an internationally patented system and characterised by a very high field homogeneity.
The high field homogeneity allows for the manufacture of high-quality CFC aircraft structures, for instance.

Reduction of production costs due to shorter heating, process and cooling times compared to conventional methods. Use of metal parts (e.g. metal tools and charging systems) possible in the microwave field
