Major 2
The Major 2 fan coil unit is designed to be mounted vertically on a wall or horizontally below ceilings to heat and cool homes, businesses and industrial and healthcare facilities. Not only does it combine the economic benefits of installing and operating a central boiler and chiller plant, it also allows individual temperature control in all rooms.
Available in six sizes and two models:
- CH: horizontal cased,
- CV: vertical cased.

Exhaust air system:
The exhaust air ceiling is a closed structure which complies with the hygienic requirements of VDI 2052, a regulation issued by the Association of German
Engineers, and BGR 111, a workplace health and safety regulation issued by German Trade Associations. The type of construction prevents the accumulation
of soot in the hollow space above the ceiling. The exhaust air chambers of the hoods can accommodate various types of fume extraction equipment with
grease separators. Their installation does not require
any tools.

Plastics attract dust due to static electricity. The dust particles stick firmly to the surface, which makes it difficult to remove them. Due to their configuration, numerous plastic products have to be neutralised from a distance. For this purpose, SIMCO has developed ionising air blowers. The emitter points of the anti-static bar ionize the air which is blown towards the electrostatically charged object. The part is then neutralised by the ionized flow.

The Model 935 Ionising Blower provides effective long range ionisation over a large area. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The Model 935 comprises an ionisation head and an integrated fan system. A high volume flow of ionised air is generated by blowing air through the ionisation head at the mouth of the unit. Ionisation is provided by powerful 915 bars, generating an ionised field to a depth of up to 2000mm. This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines.At the same time electrical shocks, explosions, fire danger and dust attraction of which is caused by static electric will be prevented.

The Meech Model 955 is a hand held ionising blow gun for removing static charges and dust in a range of industrial applications. The portable Model 955 has been designed to provide efficiency in both cost and performance. An electrical centrifugal fan provides high velocity air flow, avoiding the need for a costly compressed air supply.
