Farming hot air generator completely autonomous with heating gas oil, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gases (butane gas, propane gas) operation.
These equipments function is that one of heating the environmental air by means of the thermal energy produced by the equipment.
The produced heat is driven to the premises that must be conditioned by means of a centrifugal fan.
The combustion products are extracted through a chimney in order to ensure that the driven hot air is exempt of smokes and bad smells.
The main features are the following ones:
-Heating gas oil, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gases operation.
-Closet made with galvanised sheet.
-Heat exchanger dimensioned in order to obtain performances superior to 90%, made with AISI-430 stainless steel.
-Combustion chamber made with AISI-304 stainless steel.
-Control panel made in a watertight box for avoiding the high humidity degree in greenhouses.
-Reinforced environmental thermostat with 5m hose and fast connector included in the equipment.
-Base equipment prepared with air impulsion grid of simple deflection.
-It can have circular hoppers or any other kind of impulsion pipes coupled on it.

DESCRIPTION:
Gas domestic hot air generator with leakproof operation and smoke outlet through an extractor.
Its operation is completely autonomous and its function is that one of heating the environment air of the premises that must be conditioned.
The basic equipment has the following elements:
- Leakproof combustion with forced draft.
- Combustion oven designed for obtaining a performance of about 90%.
- Three-speed fan (except for the GAS-40 model, which is one-speed).
- Air admission filters.
- Environment thermostat.
- Air impulsion grid on the upper part (GAS-08-12-15).

The heaters are used successfully by farmers and gardeners. Whether in well-ventilated stalls, equipment sheds, or greenhouses, their mobility makes them practical and universal. The heaters are delivered ready for plug assembly. They are ready for operation after connection to the 230-volt a.c. mains and to propane gas cylinder(s). For energy savings, the devices can be delivered in automatic design (PGT) with a room thermostat that is ready for plug assembly.

For fuel cell applications, pure hydrogen generators are not a very good solution as they are bulky, heavy and expensive. Fortunately a fuel cell can run very good on a hydrogen rich stream rather then pure hydrogen. Therefore a fuel processor consisting of a reforming reactor in combination with a shift and prox are a more favorable solution. Also the low storage density of hydrogen or the lack of sufficient hydrogen infrastructure can be a driving force to choose for a more compact on-board fuel processor. Moreover on-board reforming gives a choice to use several (green) fuels, such as methanol, ethanol, biodiesel and DME. In certain stationary fuel cell applications similar needs for on-board reforming exist.
OEM's who need to adapt their products to the new technology of fuel cells are often not well experienced in fuel cell and reforming technologies. HyGear with its extensive experience in reforming technologies and fuel cell system integration can be a partner in developing the required solutions.

Induction converters are medium frequency static generators, applied to series or parallel resonant circuits, whose use allows heating though magnetic coupling.
In spite of different circuit solutions, Induction converter performance is assured by continuously updating projects for the tuning of new constructive solutions. Furthermore, the development of control and adjustment power components is in continuous evolution, while all applications are compliant with the norms in force in the area of machine directives.

The FX/MX102 is a single-chip device to extract single periodic signals from very high random-noise environments.
Using patented autocorrelation techniques the MX102 will enhance the input signals signal-to-noise ratio by as much as 8.5dB and provide a digital output signal centered at four times (x4) the input frequency.
The amplitude of non-periodic components of the signal is substantially reduced. The patented autocorrelator compares the incoming signal to itself; the more elements of the waveform that are seen as periodic, the higher the energy at the microcircuit output.
The FX/MX102 cascades two autocorrelators, each one improving the signal-to-noise ratio.
