Heaters are mounted to the intake side of the air door unit and can raise the temperature of the exiting air stream by as much as 30°F. Indirect Gas fired heaters are recommended for larger industrial doors.

VENESSE Comfort is manufactured an easy-to-use air curtain with new insulation technology that allows us to deliver the quietest operation even during high performance. The maximum acoustic pressure value at 3 m is 55 dB (A) when air output is 5500 m3/h. The air curtain’s height is 2.5 meters, and it is intended for doors as wide as 7.5 m. It is produced with an electrical filament heater in two performance versions (24 kW and 36 kW), as well as with water heater and air-only versions. The air curtain is equipped with an anchor stand that can be attached to either side of the air curtain for determining its installation position and connections. The air outlet is equipped with a composite system of easily adjustable lamellas that allow effective adjustment of air output direction. The water exchanger has two air release valves that also serve as draw-off valves to allow easy air release or purging. The air curtain is offered with electronic controls that can operate up to six curtains. In this mode, each air curtain reacts individually to the door switch that is connected to it. The VENESSE Comfort air curtain comes in standard white color (RAL 9010) or can be custom made in any RAL color, as well as stainless steel.

Strip curtains
Strip curtains are the ideal solution for narrow and extremely large openings, where doors and gates are impossible to mount. They are reasonably priced and perfectly insulated; they are ideal as e.g. partition walls at places of work, a protection against draft, dust, noise etc. Owing to cold-resistant materials they can also be used in cold-storage rooms and deep-freeze areas. Minimum energy loss
Hörmann flexible strip curtains provide an inexpensive and broadly tight-fitting closure for larger doorways. The highly durable PVC strips only open in relation to the width of the vehicle or load. That's why, even when a high traffic frequency is involved, the heat or cold-air loss is reduced to a minimum. And that saves energy. The excellent transparency of the strip curtains makes for light conditions and reduces artificial lighting costs.
The clip-in system
This system makes fitting our strip curtains child's play. The plastic clip with the PVC strip riveted onto it simply hooks into the aluminium profile rail - no tools are needed.The strips with the clips riveted onto them are supplied as a ready-to-fit unit. They automatically lock into place but can be easily unhooked and replaced if required.
