Compact heaters to keeping at a moderate temperature of cabinets and housings with electrical electronic installations.
In switchgear cabinets condensation with variations in temperature, which can lead to malfunctions or to losses of the components in the switchgear cabinet, forms. Heaters prevent subnormal temperatures and work against the emergence of condensation. Heater blowers provide additionally for the even distribution of warm interior air. The heaters are appropriate for continuous operation.

Heaters for the thermo-regulation of enclosures, for application on DIN rail, and available in three version:
- with bipolar (15-30W) or three-pole (45-150W) power cable
- with three-pole terminal block (45-150W)
- ventilated (250-400W)

Condensation poses a particular risk for control electronics, especially with outdoor siting, but also indoors. Various different output categories ensure that the correct thermal output is always available. In this way, the total required thermal output can be distributed with complete accuracy within an enclosure.

THERM HI "smart heater" is a system consisting of
an explosion-proof electric heater and a
microprocessor, designed to control the air
temperature in instrument enclosures and protective
cabinets and to limit the surface temperature of the
heater.
The "option E" is equipped with an intrinsically safe
sensor, thus allowing measurement and accurate
regulation of the temperature of the instruments and
equipment (e.g. of manifolds).

These heaters are used in enclosures where damage from condensation must be prevented, or where the temperature may not fall below a minimum value.
The aluminium profile heater body design has a chimney effect and distributes the heat evenly.
The pressure clamp connectors save time and simplify installation.

Semiconductor fan heaters prevent the formation of condensation and ensure an even temperature in switch and control equipment.
The built-in regulator is used to set the desired temperature.

Compact heater for the use in enclosures with electrical/electronical components. The design of the heater supports the natural convection which results in a high air-current of warm air.
The surface temperatures on the accessible side surfaces of the housing are kept down as a result of the heater design.
Our complete range of thermostats and hygrostats can directly be connected to the heater CS 060.
This heater is also available in a version with plug-in thermostat requiring no additional wiring (CSF 060).
Both versions are designed for permanent operation.

TH heaters, installed separately from cooling unit, must be connected to a TMC thermostat. When used to prevent cabinet condensate they should be electrically connected also when cabinet is off.In this cabinet it’s better to install more heating elements with small heating power.In this way there is an optimal air temperature distribution.

High-capacity air-cooled chiller for cooling of commercial, industrial or healthcare facilities. May be connected to emitters such as underfloor heating and cooling systems, terminal units (such as fan coil units and water cassettes) or air handling units. The new Piovan Digitemp Thermorefrigerators heat and cool the process circuit of injection and blow moulding machines. They integrate both temperature control and free-cooling functions, and provide water to every single circuit at specific temperature (from -5°C to +90°C for every single circuit), pressure and water flow.

The combination of compressors with digital technology and the electronic expansion valve - installed in all the Digitemp models in their standard version - ensures the greatest energy efficiency. Moreover, the exclusive Piovan solution which does not require an internal re- circulating pump further increases energy savings.

Thanks to the possibility to use the free-cooling system included in the standard unit, they can provide water coming from the dry cooler or the evaporation tower.

The possibility of power modulation from 10 to 100% allows the compressor to function continuously, thus eliminating the risk of breakdowns and ensuring long duration of the motor.

The RatioMatic is a nozzle-mix burner designed for direct air heating, indirect air heating and oven applications up to 1800° F. (1000° C.)
The burner package includes a combustion air blower and an air:gas ratio regulator to allow firing over a wide gas turndown range at a controlled ratio.

Eclipse Air Heat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating large volumes of clean, hot air. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.
The "AH" models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the back of the burner’s steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner.

Recirculating High Temperature (RHT) indirect air heating burners are designed to heat recirculating ovens and dryers where the products of combustion must be isolated from the process air stream.
