Heaters
Compact heaters to keeping at a moderate temperature of cabinets and housings with electrical electronic installations.
In switchgear cabinets condensation with variations in temperature, which can lead to malfunctions or to losses of the components in the switchgear cabinet, forms. Heaters prevent subnormal temperatures and work against the emergence of condensation. Heater blowers provide additionally for the even distribution of warm interior air. The heaters are appropriate for continuous operation.
|
|
Heaters for the thermo-regulation of enclosures, for application on DIN rail, and available in three version:
- with bipolar (15-30W) or three-pole (45-150W) power cable
- with three-pole terminal block (45-150W)
- ventilated (250-400W)
|
|
|
Condensation poses a particular risk for control electronics, especially with outdoor siting, but also indoors. Various different output categories ensure that the correct thermal output is always available. In this way, the total required thermal output can be distributed with complete accuracy within an enclosure.
|
|
-Pressure clamp connectors
-Dynamic heating up
-Wide voltage range
-Temperature limiting
-Energy saving
-Clip fixing
-Quick installation
These heaters are used in enclosures where damage from condensation must be prevented, or where the temperature may not fall below a minimum value.
The aluminium profile heater body design has a chimney effect and distributes the heat evenly.
The pressure clamp connectors save time and simplify installation.

Low surface temperature
Quick mounting due to clip fixing
Double insulated (plastic)
Wide voltage range
Small size
Compact heater for the use in enclosures with electrical/electronical components. The design of the heater supports the natural convection which results in a high air-current of warm air.
The surface temperatures on the accessible side surfaces of the housing are kept down as a result of the heater design.
Our complete range of thermostats and hygrostats can directly be connected to the heater CS 060.
This heater is also available in a version with plug-in thermostat requiring no additional wiring (CSF 060).
Both versions are designed for permanent operation.

Utilizing a circulation fan avoids head accumulation and formation of heat pockets inside control cabinets. When heaters are installed, their efficiency is increased by circulation fans. The resulting air circulation dissipates heat through the surface of the cabinet and so, a cooling effect is achieved.

Elo's iTouch touch-on-tube chassis CRTs are the right choice for your kiosk because they are durable, reliable, sealed, and deliver the ultimate in picture quality.
Typical desktop monitor designs can change without notice every 12 to 18 months, creating havoc for the design and service of kiosks and other enclosed applications. Elo's kiosk CRTs reduce or eliminate the need for redesign by providing a much longer model life than plastic case CRTs. At the same time, they provide the reliability and ruggedness required for operation in a public environment.
Featuring Elo's breakthrough iTouch touch-on-tube technology and no overlay to break, your kiosk will have the best picture quality and vandal resistance possible on a touch CRT. A final benefit is the watertight sealed bezel that adapts the curvature of the CRT face to a flat cabinet front.
|
|
Elo's chassis LCD monitors have a long-lasting product cycle because the enclosure is controlled by Elo's specifications. Future panel improvements are therefore possible without external changes. The monitors are available with multiple touch technologies and all feature a unique, injection-molded minibezel and watertight seal, plus a multitude of mounting options.
Features include:
·Analog and digital (DVI-D) video inputs
·Long lasting product cycle—enclosure controlled by Elo specifications
·Panel upgrades possible to the model in the future without external changes

The majority of distribution systems are designed to an ultimate circuit rating (lcu). An lcu rated MCCB provides the optimum protection in terms of safe and economical selection.
Certain applications may require protection wich is designed to the more onerous service short circuit rating (lcu).
Terasaki's TemBreak Plus range can provide a wide choice of MCCBs with superior lcs ratings up to 85kA at 440V AC.
lcu=o-co 2 full short circuits
lcs=o-co-co 3 full short circuit
All TemBreak Plugin and drawout MCCBs are fitted with a safety trip as standard. If an attempt is made to remove an MCCB while ON it will automatically trip.
The neutral pole of all TemBreak MCCBs are of early make / late break design. This eliminates the risk of abnormal line to neutral voltages which may damage sensitive electronic equipment.
TemBreak MCCBs from 125AF to 1600AF are suitable for isolation as defined by IEC 947-2. Positive Contact Indication (PCI) is achieved via the toggle mechanism. Padlocks can only be installed if the contacts are fully open or closed.

The TemBreak series offers the models of the 800A to 1600A frames with the breaking capacity up to 125 kA, and this series consists of thermal adjustable type and electronic type that allows you to select the most suitable breaker for your system
Features of the TemBreak Electronic Moulded Case Circuit Breaker:
- Long time delay trip, short time delay trip, and instantaneous trip are available as standard.
- All of long time delay trip, short time delay trip, pretrip alarm, and ground fault trip can be adjusted. The rated current can be adjusted in a range between 50% and 100%. For short time delay trip, ramp characteristics can be selected with the switch to enable selective coordination with lower breakers and fuses.
- The multi-protective device uses the r.m.s. value control. It samples peak current every 0.5msec. to calculate a root-mean-square value. Therefore, harmonics up to 19 th harmonic are accurately detected at 50 Hz to prevent any malfunction from occurring due to harmonics.
