Compact heaters to keeping at a moderate temperature of cabinets and housings with electrical electronic installations.
In switchgear cabinets condensation with variations in temperature, which can lead to malfunctions or to losses of the components in the switchgear cabinet, forms. Heaters prevent subnormal temperatures and work against the emergence of condensation. Heater blowers provide additionally for the even distribution of warm interior air. The heaters are appropriate for continuous operation.

Heaters for the thermo-regulation of enclosures, for application on DIN rail, and available in three version:
- with bipolar (15-30W) or three-pole (45-150W) power cable
- with three-pole terminal block (45-150W)
- ventilated (250-400W)

Condensation poses a particular risk for control electronics, especially with outdoor siting, but also indoors. THERM HI "smart heater" is a system consisting of
an explosion-proof electric heater and a
microprocessor, designed to control the air
temperature in instrument enclosures and protective
cabinets and to limit the surface temperature of the
heater.
The "option E" is equipped with an intrinsically safe
sensor, thus allowing measurement and accurate
regulation of the temperature of the instruments and
equipment (e.g. of manifolds).

These heaters are used in enclosures where damage from condensation must be prevented, or where the temperature may not fall below a minimum value.
The aluminium profile heater body design has a chimney effect and distributes the heat evenly.
The pressure clamp connectors save time and simplify installation.

Compact heater for the use in enclosures with electrical/electronical components. The design of the heater supports the natural convection which results in a high air-current of warm air.
The surface temperatures on the accessible side surfaces of the housing are kept down as a result of the heater design.
Our complete range of thermostats and hygrostats can directly be connected to the heater CS 060.
This heater is also available in a version with plug-in thermostat requiring no additional wiring (CSF 060).
Both versions are designed for permanent operation.

TH heaters, installed separately from cooling unit, must be connected to a TMC thermostat. When used to prevent cabinet condensate they should be electrically connected also when cabinet is off.In this cabinet it’s better to install more heating elements with small heating power.In this way there is an optimal air temperature distribution.

The Qmax Series High Performance Reach-in forced-convection oven is specifically designed to meet the frequent air changes and tight temperature uniformity required of the ASTM 5423 Type I & Type II oven specification. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. The result is highly uniform airflow to easily meet ASTM 5423 Type I and II specification while tested according to ASTM 5374.
The Qmax Series High Performance Reach-in oven exceeds the ASTM 5423 Type II performance requirement a temperature variation of less than 6°C at 300°C while maintaining 100-200 air changes per hour. In addition, the brass bar thermal lag time showed superior oven temperature recovery. These ovens can be used for applications such as thermal evaluation of electrical insulating materials, testing, aging, curing, drying, sterilizing and other thermal applications where tight temperature uniformity is required.

Dryer desiccator cabinet KW.86/AV Series.
Internal chamber and shelves are in stainless steel; external cabinet in brushed AISI 0 stainless steel sheet and equipped with split opening door with sealing. Heating is achieved with specific air heaters; discharge of steam inside the chamber occurs by means of centrifugal electroaspirator with 0 m³/h flow rate.
The electrical system is provided with general switch and running light signal. Thermal stability is obtained through PID digital electronic μP regulator (with RTD Pt100 OHM input); it is paired with specific SSR, suited to absorbing load of heaters. In addition, each appliance is equipped with aerators and adjustable supports for shelving.

Utilizing a circulation fan avoids head accumulation and formation of heat pockets inside control cabinets. When heaters are installed, their efficiency is increased by circulation fans. The resulting air circulation dissipates heat through the surface of the cabinet and so, a cooling effect is achieved.

For high columns in kitchen pantries as well as residential furniture, Schock offers a solution for load ratings of up to 120 kg. It is based on a ball bearing slide system which is mounted at the bottom of the cabinet below the extensible module.
Lateral stabilization is achieved by another full extension slide which is horizontally mounted on top of the module. In face of its high load capacity, the system provides a smooth movement without swaying.
An automatic self-closing device with integrated damper enables soft closing, even when fully laden. The opening force as well as the closing and damping action will be adjusted individually on demand.

FULLTEST4058 model was designed from HT ITALIA to performing essential tests in industrial environments on electrical machines devices and partially type-tested assemblies (PTTA) in compliance with EN60204-1 and EN60439-1 respectively.
The meter principally performing Continuity test on potential equalising conductors with >10AAC test current, Insulation Resistance with 500VDC test voltage and Withstanding tests with 1000AC test voltage (for electrical machine devices) and 2500V test voltage (for individual test on PTTA assemblies switchboards).
Withstanding test is performed also in BURN mode with no limits on trip-out current.
