Modular high-performance CNC-turn-mill-centers
The UniCen is a turning and milling center with integrated B-axis where all requirements for complete machining have already been implemented: turning, milling, drilling and thread-cutting all on one machine. The workpiece is loaded on one machine only and can then be finished completely. With up to five interpolating axes even complex free form faces can be machined.

TURNMILL is a range of specialised milling lathes for large crankshafts, motor rotors, turbine rotors, rolls, etc. It is the ideal for machining any rolling part which need to be milled, drilled, and/or tapped.
Fitted with a drilling-turning- tapping unit and a shear to carry out large rough lathe machining runs.

The turning-drilling-milling unit with temperature stabilisation, using it B axis enables all machining operations to be carried out at any angle with respect to the work piece.
The angular head is designed for turning, drilling and milling operations. On turning operations, the tool support is positioned and blocked hydraulically. In addition, axis B can be positioned each 1º. The angular head offers the option of incorporating measurement systems which permit the use of the TURNMILL as a measuring machine

The Unicom 6000 machining centre is ideally suited for vertical turning and multi-sided machining of complex components. This highly flexible and powerful machining centre for complete machining results from the continuous development of vertical machining centres over a period of more than 25 years.
The concept of Unicom 6000 is based on a moving table with integrated carousel turning station and an interface that can receive pallets of up to 2.500 mm in diameter. The table movement is designated as Y-axis and it runs underneath a traverse with cross slide and spindle carrier. The movements of cross slide and spindle carrier are designated as X-and Z-axis respectively.
Unicom 6000:
4-Axes complete machining centre with HSK100-A interface, carousel turning station and pallet changer. The machine can be equipped with a right angular head or a universal head, in combination with C-axis mode in the carousel turning station.
Unicom 6000-HV:
5-Axes complete machining centre with carousel turning station, pallet changer and HSK 63-A interface in the integrated Unisign Nutator NC machining head as 5th axis, in combination with C-axis mode in the carousel turning station. This configuration is capable of 5-axes machining of complex components.

SERCO PORTABLE MACHINING UNITS
The SERCO units are positioned and locked by means of a column/arm system clamped on the outer part of the surface to be machined (allowing internal machining). Machine set up is fast and easy. After a first visual positioning, we can get within a few minutes, using a simple specific device, a parallelism and concentricity within a 1/100 of mm precision. A powerful air motor drives the tool rotation (hydraulic motors on request) and radial automatic feed (with a selection of two speeds).

The machine is equipped with: one control panel, with an auto diagnostic display system, for the rotation and the feed of the arm and the milling cutter.

The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a range of grinding and centre plates for grinding and lapping any type and size of ‘flat’ seat up to 6” / DN150 mm. The centre plate keeps the grinding plate in position, but also gives an eccentric rotation ensuring constant and complete coverage and absolute flatness.
Abrasives
The V-Lap F6 is completed with a large consumer quantity of polyester based, self-adhesive Aluminum Oxide round foil tips in grains rough, middle and fine. The foil tips can be used dry and on all common seat materials.
Drive machine
The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a battery drive machine and is delivered with 2 battery’s. The low weight and good balance of the machine increases the grinding performance and makes it easier to attain high quality flat ‘results’.
The complete set is packed in a robust, but light weight carrying case.
