The revolutionary machining concept of Ideo allows:

The new saw unit is made of a strong cast-iron structure. It is tightly fixed under the table and can be tilted by means of two side supports (trunnions): these solutions grant sturdiness, rigidity and a perfect cutting result. Furthermore, on request, the unit can be equipped with scoring unit for an optimal cutting even on upgraded panels. The sliding table is made from extruded anodised aluminium with a closed, honeycomb structure. The carriage runs on an exclusive slideway system consisting of guides made from calibrated and hardened F550SX steel. The spindle moulder unit is designed to provide the maximum stability and rigidity under all working conditions. Top performance features include: a large-size, cast-iron moulder spindle; a large distance (230 mm) between the two bearings on the moulder spindle; the possibility to mount tools at a minimum distance (5 mm) from the first bearing.
